1/2 c Margarine; softened
1 Egg white
1/2 ts Vanilla
1 1/2 c Unbleached flour
1 c Granulated sugar
1/4 ts Baking soda
1/4 ts Baking powder
2 tb Sugar
1 ts Cinnamon
Preheat oven at 375. In a mixing bowl, combine margarine, egg white, and vanilla. In another mixing bowl, combine flour, 1 cup sugar, baking soda, and baking powder. Mix wet ingredients with dry ingredients just until moistened. Cover and chill for 1 hour. In a shallow bowl, combine 2 tablespoons sugar and cinnamon. Shape dough into 1" balls. Roll balls in the sugar-cinnamon mixture to coat. Place balls 2" apart onto unprepared baking sheets. Bake for 10 minutes or till edges are lightly browned. -----

Snickerdoodle Recipe
INGREDIENTS
Cookie dough:
½ cup unsalted butter, room temperature
½ cup shortening
1 ½ cups white sugar
2 large eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 ¾ cups all-purpose flour
2 tsp cream of tartar
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
Topping:
2 tbsp white sugar
2 tsp ground cinnamon
DIRECTIONS
1. First, make the cookie dough. Place the butter, shortening, sugar, eggs and vanilla in a bowl and beat with an electric mixer until smooth. Add the flour, cream of tartar, baking soda and salt. Mix until just combined.
2. Shape the dough into balls. Set aside.
3. Combine the sugar and cinnamon for the topping. Roll the balls in the topping mixture. Place the cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spacing them about 1-2 inches apart.
4. Bake at 400F for 6-8 minutes, until set but not too firm. Cool completely.

Snickerdoodle Hot Chocolate Recipe
INGREDIENTS
Snickerdoodle base:
6 snickerdoodles
2 cups milk
2 cups milk
¾ cup milk chocolate pieces (I used a milk chocolate Lindt chocolate bar)
½ tsp vanilla extract
Topping:
¾ cup whipping cream
1 tsp ground cinnamon
2 tbsp confectioner’s sugar
crushed snickerdoodle pieces
DIRECTIONS
Make the snickerdoodle base:
1. Combine the snickerdoodles and 2 cups milk in a pot and set to medium heat.
2. Bring to a boil, then remove the pan from the heat and allow the milk to cool to room temperature. The milk with thicken, but don’t worry!
3. Pour the mixture through a cheesecloth into a dish. Set aside.
Make the hot chocolate:
1. Pour 2 cups milk, the milk chocolate pieces, vanilla extract and the snickerdoodle base into a pot. Set to medium heat and whisk until everything is melted and well combined. Remove from the heat and set aside.
Make the topping:
1. Place the whipping cream, cinnamon and confectioner’s sugar in a bowl and beat with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form.
2. Place in a piping bag fitted with a large, star-shaped piping tip.
To assemble:
1. Pour the hot chocolate into mugs and top with a swirl of whipped cream. Sprinkle some snickerdoodle crumbs on top and enjoy!

Snickerdoodle recipe:
1 stick butter
3/4 cup sugar
Whip till fluffy
Then Add
1 egg
Tsp vanilla
Then add dry ingredients
1 1/4 c flour
3/4 tsp cream of tartar
1/4 tsp baking soda/powder
1/2 tsp salt
Roll tbs balls in cinnamon sugar, bake at 375°

Snickerdoodle Cookies
Wet ingredients
1 C Unsalted Butter
1 C Granulated Sugar
2/3 C Dark brown sugar
2 large eggs
2 capfuls vanilla
Dry Ingredients
3 C cup all purpose flour
1/2 Tsp salt
1 Tsp baking soda
1 Tsp baking powder
1 Tsp cream of tarter
For rolling
2 tbsp granulated sugar
1 Tsp ground cinnamon
Makes about 30-40 cookies
Tips-
????Allow dough to refrigerate for at least 6 hours for best taste.
????Bake on 350F for 10-11 min. No longer!
????Use a hand mixer for best results!
????Beat the butter & sugar for 4- 5 minutes with hand mixer.
????Add eggs in 1 at a time. Beat on slow speed till you don’t see it anymore. Do not over mix!

silly story, i made these cookie bars without any decorations and did a whole photo shoot (last pic in carousel). i packed up the cookies and cleaned up, but i felt like the cookies weren’t …. *me*. so last second, i added tiny bears by making my 2 ingredient icing, re-set up my lighting & props, and took new photos/vids LMAO. i felt complete afterwards. kawaii baking runs through my VEINS.

⚪️Ingredients you will need:
Cookie Dough
350g Flour
4.5g Cream of Tartar
3g Baking Soda
1.5g Cinnamon Ground
225g Unsalted Butter, room temperature
225g Sugar
1 Egg
1 Egg Yolks
10ml Vanilla Extract
Topping
60g Sugar
2.5g Cinnamon Ground

⚪️Instructions if you need it:
Step 1 - Topping
1.Mix Sugar and cinnamon together and set aside for later
Step 2 - Cookie Dough
1.In a bowl mix all dry ingredients together : Flour, Cream of tartar, baking soda, salt, cinnamon
2.In a stand mixer with the paddle attachment, Cream soft butter and sugar
3.Add The egg, the yolk and the cinnamon
4. Add in 3 parts the dry mix until barely mixed
5. Finish it by hand
Step 3 - Shaping the cookie
1.Form 1.5 - 2 tablespoon balls of cookie dough
2.Roll them in the cinnamon sugar
3. Place on a baking sheet
Step 4 - Baking
1.Bake at 375F for about 10 minutes until they are starting to golden
2.Eat it right away ;)

Hi and welcome. In this video I'm making Snickerdoodles. These are my son's favorite cookie all year long but they especially great for the holidays. Are you participating in a Cookie Swap? These are just perfect for that. They are easy but delicious. A real crowd pleaser. Here is a list of ingredients but feel free to double the recipe if you think you'll need more. This made 47 cookies but how many you get will depend on the size of your cookies.
1 cup vegetable shortening
1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
2 large eggs, room temperature
2 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons cream of tartar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
(in the video I use more but that's because I use it for cinnamon toast for my grands)
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Bake 8-10 minutes
