How To make Sicilian Twist Bread
2 cups unbleached flour
2 cups whole wheat flour
1 package rapid rise yeast -- 1/4 oz
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
warm water 2 teaspoons olive oil
1 large egg white
-beaten with 1 teaspoon water sesame seeds
In a large bowl, add first 5 ingredients (dry ingredients) and mix together. Add warm water gradually and mix until a soft dough is formed. (amount of water is not specified) Add the olive oil; mix well and turn out on a floured board and knead for 6 minutes. Add flour only if necessary. Divide dough into 6 equal parts; roll out with hands to make 6 ropes. Form these into 2 braids (using 3 ropes for each). Place on aluminum foil in pan; make some diagonal cuts. Brush with egg whie wash and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Let rise for one hour or more. Bake on middle rack of 400 degree oven for 15-20 minutes. Cool on a wire rack. Winner in foreign specialty yeast breads, Del Mar county fair--1993

PROCEDURE
1✅In a bowl put the flour, sugar, yeast, salt and mix well
2✅When done combine the dry Ingredients. Add the egg and milk and mix
3✅Knead the dough for 1 minute, after 1 minute knead the butter into the dough until it softens.
4✅When it is done knead. grease the bowl Cover the dough and let it rest for 1 hour until it doubles in size
5✅After 1 hour roll out the dough and divide into 12 pieces
6✅The 12 pieces of dough round each other. And then cover with a cloth. Take one and make twisted dough
7✅When everything is twisted place on baking tray and cover with cloth rest the dough again for 1 hour
8✅After 1 hour. Brush with egg yolks before baking
9✅bake at 180c for 18 minutes
10✅After 18 minutes it is cooked. Coat immediately with melted butter on top while still hot.

Degas the dough and then divide and shape the challah rolls.

After the shaping, let the shaped yeast rolls sit and rise for 90-100 minutes.
As challah bread dough is an enriched dough it takes a bit longer than regular bread recipes for the final rising.
After the final rising take the shaped knotted rolls into the preheated oven for baking.

How To Make A Super Soft Milk Bread Loaf | Easy To Make
You don't have to be a professional baker to make this soft and fluffy bread. Today, I will show you how to make it easy and you'll be glad you're making your own bread and not gonna buy anymore.
Here's what you'll need:
1 cup warm milk (236 ml)
1 tbsp sugar (10g)
2 tsp active dry yeast
3 cup all purpose flour (375g) + 1/3-1/2 cup for kneading
¼ cup sugar (50g)
1 tsp salt (5g)
1 large egg
1/3 cup melted butter (75g)
2 tbsp oil for your hand while kneading
Eggwash
1 egg and 1 tbsp milk
PORTUGUESE:

OVEN - Baking time may vary depending on your oven's specification. I'm using a conventional oven which heat rises from the bottom.
YEAST - Active dry yeast and instant yeast both help leaven bread and provide an airy, light texture, but they do so in slightly different ways and there's one major difference in how you use them: Active dry yeast needs to be dissolved in water before using, while instant yeast can be mixed right into dry ingredients.
