How To make Shrimp Sauce Pasta and Co. By Request
1/4 c Extra virgin olive oil
2 tb Fresh squeezed lemon juice
2 Bay leaves
1/2 lb Rock shrimp or small
GARNISH:
Prawns Shelled & uncooked 1/2 ts Dried rosemary or 2t fresh
1/2 ts Dried oregano OR 4 t fresh
1 t Paprika - sweet or hot
1/2 ts Salt
1/4 ts Cayenne pepper
8 md Cloves garlic/minced in a
-Food processor 3/4 lb Fresh linguine OR 9 ozs
-Dried chitarra (square -Spaghetti) 2 c Raw fresh spinach leaves,
-Cut into chiffonade 2 Roma tomatoes cut into 1/4
1/2 lb Butter Inch dice
-Fresh grated parmesan
In a food processor bowl equipped with steel blade, puree to a paste the olive oil, lemon juice, rosemary, oregano, paprika, salt, cayenne, and garlic. Stop the motor a couple of times, and scrape down the sides of the work bowl with a spatula to make sure garlic is getting finely minced. In a large saute pan, melt butter. Add olive oil mixture and bay leaves. Saute breifly over medium heat. Do not burn garlic. Add shrimp to the pan. Roll shrimp around in pan so each shrimp is coated with the hot sauce and cooks quickly. As soon as shrimp are barely cooked (be careful not to overcook - it may take only 1 to 2 minutes), remove pan from heat while you cook the pasta. When pasta is cooked and well-drained, return saute pan to low heat, add pasta, and toss with the shrimp sauce to coat. fold in spinach and tomatoes. Serve immediately, topped with Parmesan. Tomatillo shrimp pasta
1tsp ginger
1tsp garlic powder
1tsp mojo Rub citrus blend
1tsp herb de provonce
1tsp Caribbean seasoning (mrs dash)
3-4 tbs olive oil (for shrimp )
1-2tbs unsalted butter (I use Kerry gold)
For the shrimp
1tsp of blackened seasoning (frontier co-op)
1tsp of parsley
1tsp fish seasoning (Maggi seasoning)
7tsp of tomatillo sauce

SHRIMP KABOBS:
Shrimp - 16 large shrimp – peeled, deveined, and thawed
Pineapples - 16 pieces cut pineapples
Tomatoes - 12 pieces bit size tomatoes
Shrimp Skewers – 4 double pronged skewers
RICE PILAF:
Rice – 1 cup cooked rice
Pasta – 12 to 16 spaghetti pasta broken in pieces
Butter – ¼ stick
Beef Broth – ¼ cup
SWEET & CHILI SAUCE:
Sweet & Chili Sauce – 1 bottle brand of your choice
Honey – 3 tablespoons
Crush Red Peppers – 1 teaspoon (leave out if you don’t like spicy)
Soy Sauce – 4 tablespoons
Garnishments:
Parsley – parsley flakes
Cooking Instructions:
Shrimp Kabobs – cook for 2 ½ to 3 minutes first side and 1 ½ to 2 minutes second side
Pasta – boil for 8 to 10 minutes with water, then add beef broth and cook for 3 minutes
Rice Pilaf – under medium heat at Pasta and mix for 2 to 3 minutes
Sweet and Chili Sauce – after mixing ingredients, simmer on low heat for 5 minutes

Keto Shrimp Recipe | Carnivore Breaded Shrimps and Sauce Ideas!
This Keto Shrimp Recipe is easy to make 100% Carnivore by using Pork Rind breading and frying in animal fat like tallow. This is suddenly a new family favorite and is fast and easy.
For the platter of keto breaded shrimp in this video I used:
• 2 lbs shrimp (If you can get wild Argentine then do it!)
• 2 cups pork panko (or grind your own:
• 1 beaten egg
• 1 tsp (or more) Old Bay seasoning :
• Tallow for frying (I used about 1/3 c)
Clean mayo as a dip base: Use either a Keto Mayo ( or make your own (see link below)
Dip shrimps into beaten egg, dredge in the panko and lay on wax paper or silicon mat until ready to fry.
Heat tallow in pan, fry shrimp until they are opaque and drain on paper towels.
