How To make Sausage Muffins
8 oz Sausage; crumble, cook
1 c Flour
1 c Yellow cornmeal
1/2 c Parmesan cheese; grate
1/4 c Sugar
4 ts Baking powder
2 lg Eggs; beaten
1 c Milk
1/4 c Oil
Recipe by: BH&G All Time Favorite Bread Recipes. Stir together flour, cornmeal, cheese, sugar, bp, and 3/4 tsp salt; make well in center. Combine eggs, milk, and oil; add all at once to dry ingredients, stirring until moist and lumpy. Fold in sausage. Fill greased muffin cups 2/3 full and bake at 400~ for 20-25 min. Triple Berry Muffins (I just made blueberry):
SAUSAGE MUFFINS:
1 cup Bisquick
4 eggs
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 lb breakfast sausage, cooked and drained
Preheat oven to 350 F. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl and distribute evenly into 12 greased muffin cups. Bake at 350 F for 20 minutes. *These freeze well too!*
EASY CHICKEN POT PIE:
*NOTES* I added poultry seasoning, onion powder, garlic powder and salt and pepper to the chicken mixture for extra flavor.
IMPOSSIBLE CHEESEBURGER PIE:
*NOTES* I added minced garlic and red chili peppers to the beef and onion mixture while it was cooking for extra flavor.

Sausage Cheese Muffins - Lynn's Recipes
A quick and easy savory muffin recipe that can be served for breakfast, brunch or as an accompaniment to soup. These can also be frozen in individual ziploc bags and pulled out as needed for a quick breakfast.
1 pound breakfast pork sausage
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cheddar cheese soup, undiluted
½ cup milk
2 teaspoons rubbed sage
3 cups baking mix
In a skillet over medium heat, cook sausage until no longer pink; drain. In a bowl, combine soup, milk, sage and sausage. Stir in the biscuit mix just until moistened. Fill greased miniature or regular muffin cups two-thirds full. Bake at 400° F for 20 minutes or until muffins test done.
