-Shirley Ferguson, mhrh24b 1 c Buttery crackers; crushed
3 tb Margarine; melted
2 pk Cream cheese (8 oz. each)
-softened 3 Eggs
8 oz Sour cream, mixed with
2 tb Chives (divided)
1 cn Salmon (5 1/2-7 1/2 oz.)
-drained & flaked 1 ts Lemon juice
1/2 ts Garlic powder
1/8 ts Pepper
In a small bowl, combine cracker crumbs and margarine; press into bottom of 9-inch springform pan. Bake in 350~ oven for 10 minutes; cool. In large
mixing bowl with electric mixer, combine cream cheese, eggs, and 1/4 cup of the sour cream; mix until well blended. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Pour mixture over crust. Bake in 325~ oven for 45 minutes. Loosen rim of pan; cool before removing rim. Spread top with remaining sour cream. Serve with crackers or French bread.

The Cheesecake Factory Salmon Firecrackers with a TWIST Recipe (10-12 pieces yield)
*ingredients*
1 lb salmon (wild caught is best)
1 Tablespoon dried chopped onion
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper or to taste
1/2 teaspoon sea salt or to taste
10-12 pieces spring Rolls
1 cup+ chopped cilantro (use spinach if you don’t like cilantro, no need to cut just lay the leaves)
Oil for frying
SOY GINGER SAUCE RECIPE
2 Tablespoon low sodium soy sauce (or plain soy sauce)
1 teaspoon chinese wine (shaoxing Chinese wine)
2 teaspoon Mirin
1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
1/4 teaspoon chili flakes (optional)
1 teaspoon chopped green onions

For the base:
180 g of tarallini with curcuma
80g (0.3 cup) melted butter
300 g of fresh fresco formaggio
30g (2 tbsp) parmesan
30ml (2 tbsp) oat milk
For the decorations:
Cherry tomato
Black olives
Parsley
Dried salmon
METHOD
Chop the tarallini and add the melted butter, mix the ingredients into a fine soft, consistency, then fill 10 muffin baskets and set aside.
Whisk cream cheese with parmesan and oat milk. Apply the cream over a base of tarallini. And leave in the fridge for 1h.
Decorate each mini cheesecake as in the video.

Smoked salmon cheesecake: the variant of the cold dessert that will amaze you!
INGREDIENTS
For the cake 22 cm:
300g (2.2 cups) smoked salmon
30g (0.3 cup) lemon zest
200g (4.7 cups) toast bread
1 onion
Salt to taste
Pepper mixture to taste
Chives to taste
200g (0.8 cup) mascarpone
200 g cream cheese
200g (0.8 cup) Ricotta cheese
120g (0.5 cup) butter
METHOD
Crumble the toast, add the softened butter, combine the ingredients, then pour into a paper-lined mold and squeeze the ingredients to the bottom of the mold.
Whisk in the mascarpone, cream cheese, Ricotta, add salt, pepper, onion and chives. Add the cream to the mold over the biscuits.
Arrange the smoked salmon on top of the cream and sprinkle with grated lemon zest.
