1 1/4 c sugar 1/3 c butter 1 egg 1 1/2 tsp vanilla 1/2 tsp almond extract 2/3 c flour 5 tbsp cocoa 2 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp salt 1/3 c milk 2 c rolled oatmeal -- up to 2 1/2 cups Cream the sugar, butter and egg until light and fluffy. Blend in the vanilla and almond extract. Sift together the flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt. Add to creamed mixture alternately with the milk. Mix well and stir in the oats. Drop by tablespoons on greased baking sheet. Bake in a 350 degree F oven for 12 to 15 minutes, cool on wire cake rack.

I've tweaked Maddi's recipe a bit, I could only find pumpkin pie filling (as opposed to pumpkin puree) and cut down on the sugar in the dough.
These are delicious! Here's the ingredients:
Dough 7g instant yeast 235ml warm milk 730g all purpose flour 80g sugar 1tsp salt 130g pumpkin puree

OATMEAL RAISIN COOKIES
(t=teaspoon, T= tablespoon)
1 1/2 C flour 1 C Brown Sugar 1/4 C White Sugar (or use 1 1/4 C white sugar and add 2 T molasses) 1 1/2 t baking powder or 1 t baking soda 3/4 t salt 1 1/2 t cinnamon 1 C Butter (2 Sticks) 2 Large Eggs 1 T vanilla (yes tablespoon) 3 C of Rolled Oats 1 C of Raisins (coarsely chopped if preferred)
Cream together the butter and sugar Beat in the eggs (and molasses if using) In a separate bowl, add flour, cinnamon, baking powder, salt Whisk these together Slowly add dry ingredients to the wet ingredients while mixing Once mixed Add Oats and raisins Mix Well Put in the fridge for 30-60 minutes. (VERY IMPORTANT) Preheat oven to 350 Roll Into Balls and place on pan Bake for 10-12 minutes
