Fermented Hot Sauce Recipe From The Garden
Overwinter your favorite peppers:
Blend together:
220 g peppers
2 garlic cloves
6 g sea salt
1/4 cup water
After 2 days:
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
Allow to ferment for 7 days, blend till smooth and store in fridge!

My step Dad was in the Army and loved to make this SOS recipe when i was growing up, you just don't get better then beef gravy over toast.
Recipe:
1LB of ground beef
1 beef cube
1/2 cup of flour
2 1/4 cups of milk
2 splashes of Worcestershire
Salt, and Pepper
