1 1/2 Sticks of butter or Margarine 1 1/2 c Flour 3/4 c Chopped pecans 8 oz Cream cheese 1 c Powdered sugar 2 Small containers of Cool Whip 2 Small boxes lemon Instant pudding 3 c Milk 1. Cream the butter and flour. Add the pecans and press into the bottom of a 9x13-inch pan. Bake for 25 minutes. Cool. 2. Meanwhile, mix the cream cheese, and powdered sugar. Stir in one container of Cool Whip. Spread on cooled crust. 3. Mix the pudding mix and the milk until thick. Spread on top of the other stuff. Sread the other container of Cool Whip on top. 4. Cover and chill over night. Can also be frozen. Cut into squares. This recipe was given to me by my step-mother-in-law.

Mother's Day is in a few days, and we wan to bring you a dish your mom is sure to love. Try Donna's lemon lush!
Directions:
Combine 1 stick softened butter, 1/2 cup chopped pecans, and 1 cup of flour. Place in baking pan. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes and let cool.
Beat together 8oz of cream cheese and 1 cup of confectioners sugar together. Then beat in 1 cup of cool whip. Spread on crust once cool.
Beat 2 packages of lemon putting together with 3 cups of milk. Add on top of cream cheese mixture. Once set spread with remaining cool whip from container.

Lemon Fluff: 2 cups crushed gram crackers 1/2 cup melted butter 2 small packages instant lemon pudding 1-8 oz cream cheese, room temp 1 cup powdered sugar 1-13 oz cool whip 3 cups milk In micro safe bowl melt butter, add gram crackers. Mix and spread evenly into greased 9x13. Bake 350 for 5-8 mins. Let cool 2nd layer. In a bowl mix powdered sugar, cream cheese&1 cup cool whip with a hand mixer until light &fluffy. Spread evenly onto 1st layer. 3layer, whisk milk& pudding together until thick. Spread onto 2nd layer evenly. Top 3rd layer with the rest of cool whip! Cover and refrigerate until firm. For the cream cheese mixture: 500 g cream cheese, room temperature 100 g sour cream 180 g powdered sugar 10 g powdered gelatine 1 tsp vanilla extract 1/4 tsp almond extract
For the cherry topping: 500 g fresh cherries 120 g sugar 150 ml Marsala wine 2 tbsp lemon juice 2 tbsp corn starch
