Spicy Indian Pickle

This is a segment from the live cooking program KTEH Cooks with Garlic. This particular dish is Spicy Indian Pickle.

Kababs/Meatballs on Spaghettini Nests | Mumtaz Hasham

These Meatball Spaghettini nests taste yummy especially with making the desi Style kababs. Perfect for kids lunchbox. If you have left over spaghetti you can make these next day.

INGREDIENTS FOR THE KABABS:
1 lb mince meat (you can use lamb, chicken, mutton)
1/2 onion
handful coriander (Cilantro) leaves
2 slices of bread soaked
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
2 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp garam masala
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1 tbsp ginger/garlic paste
1 tsp green chilli Paste

Chop onions and coriander leaves in a chopper and grind. Squeeze out water from the bread and to the chopper and mix. Transfer the mixture into a bowl and add meat and the rest of the ingredients. Mix very well and refrigerate for half hour. Then make small meatballs and deep fry. You can bake the meatballs if you don’t want to fry them or put in the Airfryer.

FOR THE SPAGHETTINI NEST:
Spaghettini depending on how many nest you want to make
1 tsp salt
1 tsp parsley flakes
chilli flakes
2 tsp Parmesan cheese
2 cups mixed mozzarella and cheddar cheese
1 tbsp olive oil
10 Tbsp Marinara or Pasta Sauce
