1 Chocolate wafer crust
-(9-inch) ; see recipe for 12 oz Semisweet chocolate morsels
32 oz Cream cheese; softened
2 c Sugar
4 Eggs
1 tb Cocoa
2 ts Vanilla extract
16 oz Commercial sour cream

Press Chocolate Wafer Crust mixture on bottom and 1/2 inch up the sides of a 10-inch springform pan. Pre-bake as crust recipe directs. Place chocolate morsels in top of a double boiler; bring water to a boil. Reduce heat to low; cook until chocolate melts. Beat cream cheese at high speed of an electric mixer until light and fluffy; gradually add sugar, mixing well. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in melted chocolate, cocoa, and vanilla; beat until blended. Stir in sour cream, blending well. Pour into prepared pan. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour and 40 minutes (center may be soft but will firm when chilled). Let cool to room temperature on a wire rack; chill at least 8 hours. Garnish each serving with whipped -----

If you love sweets, you will be head over heels for this rich, luscious double chocolate cheesecake recipe. The flavors in this decadent dessert are mind-blowing.
Chocolate cheesecake is a sweet dessert cake in a cookie crust that is baked until firm and then chilled. The texture of the cheesecake is rich, creamy, dense, and filling. To make this a double chocolate cheesecake, I used cocoa powder and chocolate chips in the batter and then covered them with chocolate ganache.
While this cake can be eaten by itself, I’ve taken the liberty to enhance it by topping it off with chocolate whipped cream and serving it with raspberry coulis. There are several ways to make this recipe, which will differ depending on who is making it. In no way is this a healthy dessert.

Ingredients for this recipe:
For the Filling:
• 24 ounces softened full-fat cream cheese
• 1 ¼ cups granulated sugar
• ½ cup full-fat sour cream
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 4 eggs + 1 egg yolk room temperature large eggs
• 1 teaspoon sea salt
• 3 tablespoons cornstarch
• 1 teaspoon espresso powder
• ¼ cup cocoa powder
• 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
• 3 tablespoons whole milk
For the Topping:
• 4 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
• ½ cup heavy whipping cream
• chocolate whipped cream
• raspberry coulis

Easy Chocolate Cheesecake (for the crust - 8 inch pan ):
- 85g ( 3 ounces) Oreo Cookies (Remove the inside)
- 30g (2 1/2 tbsp ) Melted Butter
For the filling:
- 600 (22 ounces) Philadelphia Cream Cheese
- 500g (18 ounces) Nutella
- 100g (3/4 cup) Powdered Sugar ( You can add more or less to your liking)
NOTE: This is a rich creamy cheesecake. If you prefer a lighter mousse texture you can lighten this cheesecake by folding in some whipped cream.

How to make Chocolate Cheesecake
Who would say no to a mouthwatering chocolate cheesecake? This dense, creamy, silky smooth, NO cracks cheesecake has a very rich chocolate flavor.
There’s the Oreo cookie crust, the chocolate cheesecake filling, the chocolate ganache and the chocolate Cream Cheese frosting swirls with a bar of chocolate on top for the ultimate chocolate cheesecake.
The whole process demands a very meticulous attention and you need to be very careful following each step to avoid the cheesecake puffing up, sinking, or cracking. All ingredients should be at room temperature. You can use an oven thermometer to measure the exact internal temperature of your oven, Be mindful of the timing and right amount of ingredients. Use good quality chocolate for better taste and result. If you follow all these steps, you would definitely be able to come up with a perfectly baked delicious chocolate cheesecake!

Rich And Fragrant Triple Chocolate Mousse Cake
The triple chococlate mousse cake is so delicious and quite easy to make. You can find the recipe below (final cake16cm, 6 - 7 cm height)
Chocolate brownies (18cm mold)
20g dark chocolate
20g butter
30ml milk (2 tbsp)
1egg
30g sugar
a pinch of salt
30g all purpose flour
8g cocoa powder
1/2 tsp baking powder
30g hazelnuts (optional but better)
Bake it 180C for 20 -22 minutes, cool down and cut into a 16cm circle
Whipped cream: (keep it cold all the time)
300g cold heavy cream
8g powdered sugar
Chocolate mousse
55g dark chocolate, please use chocolate chips or chopped chocolate, so it is melted easier and faster (I use couverture chocolate Callebaut 54.5%)
35g heavy cream
1 gelatine sheet (1.5g)
1 tbsp milk (15ml)
87g cold whipped cream
55g milk chocolate (Callebaut 33.6%)
35g heavy cream
1 gelatine sheet (1.5g)
