How To make Reduced Calorie Parmesan Chicken Breasts

4 Chicken Breasts

Boned And Skinned
1 C Fat Free Ranch Dressing
1 C Bread Crumbs
1 C Fat Free Parmesan Cheese
Italian Seasoning :

Optional (To Taste)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place Fat Free dressing in a shallow bowl. Mix together bread crumbs, parmesan cheese and (optional Italian seasoning) and place mixture into another shallow bowl. Roll breasts (one at a time) in Fat Free dressing and then in bread crumb mixture. Place onto a greased baking sheet. Bake 30 to 40 minutes or until done. Note: You may have to adjust measurements depending on size of chicken breasts
