How To make Red, White and Blue Berry Pie
1 1/2 c Sugar
4 1/2 tb Cornstarch
1 1/2 c Water
4 1/2 tb Raspberry gelatin powder
1 pt Fresh or frozen unsweetened
1 ts Lemon juice
1 9 inch pie crust; baked
1 pt Fresh or frozen unsweetened
4 oz Cream cheese; softened
1/3 c Confectioner's sugar
4 oz Frozen whipped topping; thaw
Recipe by: TASTE OF HOME In a medium saucepan, combine sugar, cornstarch and water; cook and stir until thick and clear. Stir in gelatin until dissolved. Divide mixture in half. Stir blueberries and lemon juice into one half; spread in the bottom of the pie crust. Chill until set. Gently fold raspberries into remaining gelatin; set aside at room temp. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and confectioner's sugar until smooth. Fold in whipped topping; spread over blueberry layer. Chill until set, about 2 hours. Carefully spread raspberry mixture over cream cheese layer. Chill for at least 4 hours. -----

✅Ingredients
DOUBLE CRUST:
• 2½ cups all-purpose-flour
• 2 tablespoons sugar
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 12 tablespoons cold butter, sliced
• 8 tablespoons vegetable shortening, chilled and sliced
• 1/4 cup ice water
• 1/4 cup vodka, chilled
FILLING:
• 4 cups fresh blueberries
• 1 cup sugar
• 3 tablespoons cornstarch
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
• 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
• pinch ground nutmeg
• pinch salt
FINISH:
• 1 egg white, lightly beaten
• 1 tablespoon sugar
✅Instructions
00:00:17 - How to make a pie crust
1️⃣ 00:00:17 - Make the dough in a food processor by combining half of the flour, sugar, and salt together and pulsing until combined. Add in the butter and shortening pieces and process for about 15 to 20 seconds until combined. Add in the remaining half of the flour and pulse until all the flour is incorporated. Sprinkle in cold water and vodka and pulse 5 or 6 times until combined into a dough. Divide into two even pieces and wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate 1 hour.
2️⃣ 00:02:30 - In a large mixing bowl, toss together blueberries and 1 cup sugar. Let sit 1 hour. Drain any excess liquid from the blueberries. Toss with cornstarch, lemon juice, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt.
3️⃣ Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
4️⃣ 00:03:24 - Roll out your bottom crust into a 12-inch circle. Make sure you use a well floured surface and rolling pin to prevent sticking. Roll the circular dough loosely around the rolling pin to transfer to a 9-inch pie dish (deep dish). Be gentle and press it carefully into the plate letting the edges hang over. Refrigerate until ready to use.
5️⃣ 00:04:05 - Prepare your lattice crust by rolling the remaining dough half into a 13 by 10 inch rectangle. Transfer to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Cut into 8 even strips. Chill if needed.
6️⃣ 00:04:52 - Place the prepared pie plate on a baking sheet (in case of spillage). Scoop the blueberry filling into the pie shell. Lay 4 of the lattice strips on top of the blueberries, giving even spacing between. Weave the remaining lattice pieces perpendicular, lifting every other piece to create a lattice. Trim the excess dough that is hanging around the pie plate with kitchen scissors or a sharp knife. Pinch the lattice and crust edges together and then crimp the dough evenly around the pie using your fingers.
7️⃣ 00:06:02 - Brush the crust with the beaten egg and sprinkle with 1 tablespoon sugar. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes. Reduce the temperature to 375 degrees and cook 30 to 35 minutes more until crust is golden brown and juices are bubbling and set. Transfer pie dish to a wire rack to cool.

Ingredients
CRUST
2.5 cups graham crackers (crumbled up)
12 TBSP unsalted butter
Cool Whip Mix
2 (8oz each) blocks of SOFTENED cream cheese
1 Cup confectioners sugar
1 Teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tubs of Extra Thick cool whip (8 oz each)
Fruit Layers
1 can of strawberry pie filling (21 oz)
1 can of blueberry pie filling (21 oz)
How To
CRUST
1. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Mix together with a fork till well mixed. Set aside 1/4 cup of crumbs for the top.
2.Press crumb mix into the bottom of a 9x13-inch pan that's been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.
Cool Whip Mix
1. Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla extract.
2. Use mixer till its all combined
3. Then mix in cool whip. Mix this together by hand
Make It
1. Spread 1/3 cool whip mix into the 9x13 pan evenely.
2. Spoon out dollops of strawberry mix all over the top of the cool whip layer. CAREFULLY spread
3. Spread another 1/3 of cool whip mix on top of the strawberry layer. CAREFULLY
4. Now dollop out the blueberry pie filling and again carefully spread
5. Spread the remainder of the cool whip mix. VERY CAREFULLY
6. Sprinkle the 1/4 cup of leftover graham cracker mix on top.
7. Refrigerate overnight!!
8. Servce with FRESH BERRIES
