1 c Butter, sweet
softened
3 oz Cream cheese :
softened
1/2 c Sugar
1 t Vanilla
2 c Flour
36 sm Strawberries, ripe -- hulled
-& halved
Preheat oven to 350 F. In a mixing bowl, beat the butter with the cream cheese until well blended. Beat in the sugar and vanilla, then stir in the flour until well mixed. Using a 1/2 tablespoon measure, shape the mixture into small balls and place 2" apart on ungreased cookie sheets. Make a small dent in the top of each cookie; carefully place a strawberry half, cut side down, in each indentation. Bake for 12 to 18 minutes or until very lightly browned. For Boiling Pasta
2 cups penne pasta (or any shape or mix shape pasta / wheat Pasta)
2 tbsp oil / olive oil
2 tbsp salt
2 litres water
For Making White Cheesy Sauce
1 cup processed cheese
1/2 cup milk
2 tbsp cream (optional)
For Making Red Sauce
2 tomatoes
2-3 Kashmiri dry red chillies (for nice red color)
For Making Pasta
1.5 tbsp crushed garlic / 5-6 cloves
1 cup onion - finely chopped
1.5 tsp red chilli powder
Red sauce
2 tbsp tomato ketchup / sauce
White sauce
1/4 cup mix color capsicum - dice
1/4 cup zucchini green or yellow
1/4 cup sweet corns - boiled
7-8 basil leaves
1 tsp red chilli flakes
1 tsp oregano/mix Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp fresh ground black pepper
2 tbsp butter (optional)
Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp oil / olive oil / vegetable oil
HOW TO BOIL PASTA
1. Boil water
2. Add pasta
3. Add oil & salt, stir in between
4. When around 90% done, turn off heat
5. Strain it
6. Pour oil on boiled pasta to prevent sticking to each other
7. Keep it aside
HOW TO MAKE WHITE SAUCE
1. Boil cheese & milk together, add cream (for more creamy sauce)
HOW TO MAKE RED SAUCE
1. Boil tomatoes & red chillies together for 5-6 minutes
2. Cool down
3. Grind into smooth red paste
...... DIRECTIONS .......
1. Heat oil, add garlic
2. Add onion
3. Stir, cook for 2-3 minutes
4. Add capsicum, zucchini and sweet corn
5. Add red chilli powder
6. Stir, add red sauce
7. Cook for 2 minutes
8. Add Italian seasoning, red chilli flakes and fresh ground black pepper powder
9. Add white sauce
10. Add basil leaves
11. Add butter
12. Cover for 2 minutes
13. Sprinkle parmesan cheese before serving
14. Serve hot

1. Use only cheese & milk to make thick white sauce Instead of using flour
2. We can also use thick fresh cream instead of using any white sauce
Do’s & Don’t
1. Partially boil pasta / don’t boil completely, stop boiling when 90% done
2. Here we are using whole kashmiri red chillies along with tomatoes for colour
3. To make white sauce more creamier, add fresh cream
4. After straining pasta, don’t pour cold water to prevent sticking rather pour olive oil

3 tomatoes

1 onion
1 tbsp garlic chopped
1 tsp chilli flakes
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp Italian seasoning

2 tbsp chilli sauce

2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp maida
1 cup milk
1/2 tsp pepper powder
1/2 tsp salt

Method
Red Sauce
-heat a pan with water let it boil then add 3 tomatoes with slight cut
-let them boil till the skin separates
-remove the from hot water and put them in cold water till they completely cool down
-now peel their skin and grind them into fine paste
-heat a pan ,add in butter,chopped garlic,sauté them for 3-4 mins,now add in chopped onion and sauté it till translucent
-now add in the tomato purée and mix them well
-add in chilli sauce,tomato sauce,mix it
-add in chilli flakes,salt and Italian seasoning mix them for around 3-4 mins
Red sauce is ready now you can make pasta,pizza ,garlic bread and many more
White Sauce
-heat a pan add in butter,now add maida and mix it well for 2-3 mins
-add milk slowly and keep whisking it nicely
-as the mixture turns creamy add in black pepper powder,salt and grated cheese and mix well
White sauce is ready
