How To make Raspberry Paradise Pie
3 Egg whites
1/4 teaspoon Baking powder
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon Cream of tartar
1 cup Sugar
3/4 cup Oats
quick cook
1/2 cup Walnuts :
chopped
1/2 teaspoon Vanilla
10 ounces Raspberries, frozen -- thawed
1 tablespoon Cornstarch
Whipped cream Shredded coconut
Beat egg whites with baking powder, salt and cream of tartar until nearly stiff. Add sugar, gradually, beating until very stiff, but not dry. Combine oats and walnuts and blend into egg whites mix. Fold in vanilla. Spoon into 9" pie plate, making the meringue thick around the edges, leaving a depression in the center for filling. Bake at 325~F for 25 minutes, or until lightly browned. Cool. Drain raspberries and place juice in small saucepan. Carefully blend in cornstarch and cook over medium heat until juice is thickened. Cool slightly and then blend into berries.Spoon into cooled meringue shell. Cover with whipped cream and garnish with coconut. Refrigerate several hours before serving.

Paradise Pie Bake along Pi Day 2021
Paradise Pie (via KeyIngredient)
CRUST:
3 tablespoon butter
1/3 cup graham cracker crumbs
3 tablespoon granulated sugar
1/3 cup chocolate chips
FILLING:
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/3 cup milk
1 tablespoon canola or vegetable oil
1/2 cup flour
1/4 cup granulated sugar
3/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/3 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1/4 cup shredded coconut
1/4 cup crushed walnuts
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Melt butter in a medium microwave-safe bowl (15 second increments). Mix together graham cracker crumbs and sugar, then add in melted butter. Combine well.
Put mixture into a one-quart casserole dish. Spread evenly. Press firmly into bottom of dish. Top evenly with chocolate chips.
Bake for 5 minutes, or until chocolate is melted. With rubber spatula, spread melted chocolate out smoothly.
FILLING:
Combine dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Add milk, oil, and vanilla and mix on low, until smooth.
With mixer still on low, add chocolate chips, coconut, and walnuts.
When thoroughly mixed, pour filling over crust.
Bake, uncovered, at 350°F, for 35 to 40 minutes, or until a wooden pick comes out clean.
(Optional) TO SERVE:
Spoon 2 tablespoons butter on ovenproof plate and place in oven until butter melts.
Remove plate from oven and place large piece of warm pie right on top of the melted butter.
Top pie with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Top with hot fudge & caramel toppings. Sprinkle with walnuts.

Black Raspberry Pie Recipe:
4 c. Berries
1 1/4 c. Sugar
Pinch of Salt
3T. - 1/2 c. flour
Mix together. Pour into pie crust. Top with second pie crust.
Poke vent wholes in the crust and sprinkle top with a little sugar. (sugar is optional)
Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes, then reduce oven temp. to 350 degree and continue baking another 45 minutes.
