2.00 c Water
1.00 c Reduced-cal margarine;
15.00 oz (1)pkg raisins;
Sugar sub to equal 3 cups -sugar 2.00 ts Baking soda;
0.25 c Water;
2.00 Eggs; beaten
4.50 c All-purpose flour;
1.00 ts Ground cloves;
1.00 ts Allspice;
1.00 ts Ground cinnamon;
Vegetable cooking spray; Bring 2 cups of water to a boil n a large saucepan; stir in margarine and raisins, and boil uncovered 5 minutes. Remove from heat, and cool raisin mixture to lukewarm. Stir in sugar substitute. Dissolve soda in 1/4 cup of warm water; add to raisins mixture,
stirring well. Stir in eggs. Combine flour, cloves, allspice, cinnamon, and baking powder; gradually add to raisins mixture, stirring after each addition. Stir in eggs. Spoon batter into 10" Bundt pan coated with vegetable cooking spray. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes to 1 hour or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool cake in bundt pan 10 minutes. Remove from pan; let cook on wire rack. 1/4 tsp salt
120 g unsalted butter
3 eggs
60 g milk
100 grams of raisins
1 tsp vanilla extract

How to bake
Bake at 170 C for 30-35 minutes
**until skewer inserted into the centre comes out clean**

Stand in tray for 5 minutes , Transfer to wire rack to cool

แป้งเอนกประสงค์ 150 กรัม
ผงฟู 1+1/4 ช้อนชา
น้ำตาล 120 กรัม
เกลือ 1/4 ช้อนชา
เนยสดจืด 120 กรัม
ไข่ 3 ฟอง (เบอร์2)
นมสด 60 กรัม
กลิ่นวานิลลา 1 ช้อนชา
ลูกเกด 100 กรัม

ในคลิปใช้ถาดขนาด 8 x 8 นิ้ว

วิธีการอบ
อบไฟบน-ล่าง 170 องศา ไม่เปิดพัดลม ประมาณ 30-35 นาที
หรือจนกระทั่งสุก ขึ้นอยู่กับเตาแต่ละตัว

Italian Apple and Pear Cake with Raisins
This apple and pear cake is a variation from the Italian Umbrian specialty. It is rich in fruit containing at least 80 percent fruit and is deliciously soft and moist.
The addition of delicate pears and soaked raisins brings this recipe to another level.
The rum is totally optional, but if you like the taste of rum in your desserts, please add it in, you will love this.
Cover and refrigerate once cooled down, and it’s best to serve it warm. Try and use good quality cooking pears and apples for a better result.
For the cake pan, the size I used is a 9inch - 23cm spring form.

WELCOME TO YUMMY
TODAY'S RECIPE IS Raisin Butter Cake | Kishmish Cake Recipe | Yummy
INGREDIENTS:
Raisin butter cake
Black raisin 1/2 cup
Wash well & soak for 10 mins
Strain
Keep aside 1 tbsp raisin
Flour 1 tbsp
Coat well
Butter 100gm
Powder Sugar 2/3 cup
Mix until fluffy
2 eggs ( one at a time)
All purpose flour 1 cup
Baking powder 1 tsp
Milk 1/4 cup
Vanilla 1 tsp
Add raisins
7 inch pan
Brush butter
Place baking paper
Leftover Raisins on top
Place a stand & heat the pan for 5 mins on medium flame
After 5 mins place the mould
Cook it on low flame for 30-40 mins
Or bake in a preheated oven at 160c for 30-40 mins
NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML

Fruit Raisin Cake/Fruit cake
Try this delicious Fruit Raisin Cake at home .Always use room temperature ingredients to make a perfect and soft cake.
Ingredients:
Flour. 1 cup
Eggs. 3 large
Butter 3/4 cup (salted room temperature)
Do not use melted butter
Vanilla extract. 1 & 1/2 tsp
Sugar. 3/4 cup
Baking powder. 1 & 1/2 tsp
Milk. 2 tbsp ( room temperature)
Raisin. 1/2 cup
Dry fruit candy 1/2 cup
Bake at 350F for 50 to 55 minutes or until baked
( After 50 minutes of baking insert the toothpick if it comes out dry the its done).
I used 8” loaf pan.
Let it cool down completely wait for at least 2 hours then take it out of the pan . Always cut the fruit cake with a sharp knife.
For best results always cut into pieces after 5 to 6 hours of baking.
