How To make Quickie Pasta Bake

pasta, penne, rotini, or shell
1
tablespoon
vegetable oil
1
each
onion, chopped
28
oz
tomatoes, crushed
1
teaspoon
oregano, dried
1
salt & pepper
2
cup
cheese, grated, any type
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325 F. Cook pasta on stove and drain. Meanwhile, heat oil in saucepan. Add onion and garlic, saute till soft (about 5 minutes). Add tomatoes, oregano, salt and pepper, cook till heated through, about 5 minutes. Combine cooked pasta, sauce and 1 1/2 cups grated cheese in ovenproof dish. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.
Bake 15-20 minutes at 350 F.

Ingredients:
1 pie crust refrigerated
6 large eggs
3/4 cup half and half
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 1/2 cups cooked ham chopped
1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
4 tbsp scallions
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375F and place frozen pie dish into refrigerator to thaw.
2. In a large bowl, mix together eggs, half and half, salt and pepper.
3. Once the pie crust is thawed, pierce the bottom with a fork then sprinkle the ham, scallions, and 1 cup of the mozzarella and cheddar mix into the pie crust. Pour the egg mixture over the top and sprinkle the remaining cup of cheese on top.
4. Bake for 25 minutes covered then cover with aluminum foil for the remaining 10 minutes if the crust starts to brown too much.
5. Once the center is completely set, let cool for 5-10 minutes before slicing and serving.

Ingredients
▸ ½ cup rolled or quick oats
▸ ¼ cup unsweetened almond milk
▸ ½ ripe banana
▸ 1 egg (can omit)
▸ 1 Tablespoon maple syrup (I used monkfruit maple syrup)
▸ 1 Tablespoon peanut butter
▸ ¼ teaspoon baking powder
▸ Pinch of cinnamon
▸ Pinch of sea salt
▸ 2 Tablespoons chocolate chips (I used Lily’s)
optional toppings: more peanut butter for drizzling, extra maple syrup and a splash of milk
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Preheat oven: Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Blend: Add all ingredients except for the chocolate chips into a blender and blend until fully combined. Stir in 1-2 Tablespoons of chocolate chips.
3. Bake: Pour batter into greased baking dish or ramekin. Top with extra chocolate chips and bake at 350°F for 25 minutes or until an inserted toothpick comes out clean.
4. Serve: Let cool, top with an extra drizzle of peanut butter, maple syrup and a splash of milk and dive in.
