Spicy Beef Rigatoni | Quickie Tuesday
Ingredients:
1 lb rigatoni
3 tbsp olive oil
½ cup diced onion
2 tbsp minced garlic
1 tsp ground cumin
1 lb 93% lean ground beef
1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce
1 tbsp finely chopped mint
green chilies to taste for spice
Pasta with Red Clam Sauce!! Quickie Meal! Noreen's Kitchen
Greetings! The WIGs Channel here on YouTube has put forth a challenge and I could not resist! The challenge is to do a video showing your favorite Quickie meal. So today I am sharing mine with you! Pasta with red clam sauce. This is also a great pantry meal, food storage meal or just plain old comfort food meal! I used lots of things I had on hand to make this dish in under 15 minutes and got dinner on the table for a happy family!
This couldn't be easier. A couple of cans of baby clams, a can of diced tomatoes, a can of good quality tomato sauce, some garlic, parsley, olive oil and anchovy paste all come together to make an amazing, flavorful and satisfying quickie meal that you are going to love!

Cooking Quickie: Rasta Pasta
Rasta Pasta:
What you’ll need:
Pasta of your choice (I use tricolor Penne)
Parmesan and Italian blend cheese (shredded, creamy melt)
Heavy cream
Shrimp (or your meat of choice)
Seasoning of your choice
Jerk seasoning
Onion
Peppers
Garlic
Parsley
Cooking Tools:
Deep Saucepan
Large pot
Whisk
Wooden Spoon

Shakshuka I Quickie I FOODBOOM #shorts
Shakshuka – für etwas Afrika-Flair am Frühstückstisch!
Zubereitungszeit: 20 Minuten
Für 4 Personen:
1 Zwiebel
2 Knoblauchzehe
2 Lauchzwiebeln
1 rote Chilischote
1 TL Kümmelsaat
100 g gegrillte Paprika (Glas)
1 TL Kardamom
1 TL Zimtstange
2 EL Tomatenmark
1 Dose stückige Tomaten (425 ml)
4 Eier (Größe M)
½ Bund Petersilie
2 EL Olivenöl
Utensilien: Messer, Brett, Pfanne
Zubereitung:
1 Zwiebel und Knoblauch schälen und in feine Würfel schneiden. Lauchzwiebeln waschen und in feine Ringe schneiden. Chili waschen, der Länge nach halbieren, Kerne entfernen und in feine Streifen schneiden.
2 Alles zusammen mit Kümmelsaat in einer Pfanne für ca. 3 Minuten braten. Anschließend gegrillte Paprika fein würfeln, mit dem Kardamom, Zimt und Tomatenmark in die Pfanne geben und für weitere ca. 5 Minuten braten.
3 Mit Dosentomaten ablöschen und ca. 5 Minuten unter Kochen einreduzieren. Nun Eier in die Tomatenmasse schlagen und für ca. 6–8 Minuten stocken lassen.
4 Petersilie waschen, trocken schütteln und Blätter hacken. Vor dem Servieren über die Shakshuka geben und alles mit Olivenöl beträufeln.
Tipp: Wer es etwas schärfer mag, kann noch Harissa in die Soße geben.

I'm back!! This time we're cooking a big family recipe, Sunday Sauce! Some people call it marinara sauce, pasta sauce, or whatever you want! Every Italian family has their own version and recipe, so make sure you find a way to make it your own too!
Because this is such a staple recipe in our house, I had to bring Milania into the kitchen to finally learn how it's done! We had so much fun cooking together, so I hope you can find someone to cook this recipe with you on Sunday.
