How To make Quick and Eazy Peanut Butter Cookies
14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
3/4 cup peanut butter
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups Bisquick -- (baking mix)
Mix all ingredients. Roll into 1 inch balls. Roll into sugar. Place 2 inches apart on cookie sheet, cross with fork. Bake for 6-8 minutes, no longer. Coo l and eat.

Ingredients:
For the homemade peanut butter:
3 cups (450g) Raw Peanuts
1/4 teaspoon Salt
For the cookies:
1 cup (250g) Peanut butter
1 Egg
3/4 cup (150g) Sugar
Directions:
1. Make homemade peanut butter: Preheat oven to 350F (175C).
2. Spread peanut in a single layer on a baking try and roast for 12 minutes.
3. Wrap the peanuts in a kitchen towel and rub vigorously to remove the skin. Let cool completely.
4. Place the peanuts into the blender or to a large food processor, add salt and blend until smooth and creamy, pausing to scrape down the sides as necessary.
5. At the beginning it seems like it’s not blending well, but you have to be patient. First it will be crumbly, then it will form a paste, then it will be smooth and creamy. All the process takes about 5-15 minutes (depending on your blender/food processor).
6. Transfer the peanut butter to an airtight container or to a mason jar and store in the refrigerator.
7. Make the cookies: Preheat oven to 350F (175C). line a baking tray with a parchment paper.
8. In a large bowl mix peanut butter, sugar and egg.
9. Roll into 16 small balls. place then onto prepared baking sheet. Flatten each ball with a fork, making a crisscross pattern.
10. Bake for 8-10 minutes, until cookies begin to brown. Transfer to a cooling rack and let cool.
Notes:
• This recipe can be made with store bought peanut butter.
• Homemade peanut butter can be stored in the fridge of up to a month.

We’re making easy Reese’s pieces peanut butter cookies loaded with Reese’s peanut butter chips! These chewy peanut butter cookies take less than 30 minutes to make, and the easy recipe is perfect for beginner bakers! Follow along with our step by step cookie recipe and learn how to make the best peanut butter cookies!
Reese's pieces cookie recipe
Ingredients:
2 cups all purpose flour 260g
1 tablespoon corn starch 12g
1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt 3g
1 cup packed brown sugar (light or dark) 90g
1/2 granulated white sugar 50g
1 cup salted butter (melted and cooled slightly) 113g
1 cup peanut butter * 250g
2 large eggs (room temperature) 100-120g
1 teaspoon vanilla extract 4g
1 cup (+1/4 cup**) Chipits Reese's peanut butter chips 225g
1/2 cup (+1/4 cup**) Reese's pieces 160g
*Natural peanut butter does not work well for this recipe. I used Kraft peanut butter. Jiff, Skippy or a similar processed peanut butter would be ideal for this peanut butter cookie recipe.
**I like to set aside 1/4 cup of both the peanut butter chips and Reese's pieces to add to the tops of the cookies for a pretty presentation. This step is optional, you can also just mix them all in!
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 350F/175C. In a medium bowl whisk together flour, cornstarch and sea salt. Set aside. In a separate large bowl combine both sugars, butter and peanut butter. Using a hand mixer, mix on low for 2 minutes or until well combined. Add eggs and vanilla, and continue mixing until all the ingredients are well incorporated. Add in your dry ingredients and mix until just combined, and no streaks of flour remain. Add in the peanut butter chips and Reese's pieces (set aside 1/4 cup of each to add to the top of the scooped cookies). Using a spatula mix until evenly distributed into the dough.
For small cookies use a 1.5 tablespoon cookie scoop and for larger cookies use a 3 tablespoon cookie scoop. Drop your cookie dough onto parchment lined sheets. For the large size place 6 per cookie sheet to allow room for spreading. For the smaller size you can fit 8-12 cookies per sheet. Add the remaining Chipits peanut butter chips and Reese's pieces to the tops of your cookies.
For small cookies bake 7-9 minutes. For large cookies bake 9-11 minutes. Take them out as soon as the bottoms are a deep golden brown. They will be super soft in the middle, so let them set on the pan for a few minutes before moving to a wire rack to finish cooling completely!
That is how you make Reese's pieces cookies in under 30 minutes! These chewy peanut butter cookies will keep for 3 days at room temperature, or 5 days refrigerated. If using a 3 tablespoon cookie scoop you will get 18-20 cookies, and using1.5 tablespoon scoop you will get 36-40 cookies!

These 3 ingredient peanut butter cookies are very easy to make since you probably already have these ingredients to make these cookies! 3 ingredient peanut butter cookies are flourless & gluten-free, so if you are gluten intolerant, these peanut butter cookies are a perfect tasty treat. Feel free to substitute creamy peanut butter for another type of peanut butter that you prefer, but it may change the consistency of the peanut butter cookie.
Ingredients
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 cup granulated sugar
1 egg (room temperature)
Directions
1. In a large mixing bowl, add one cup of creamy peanut butter. Feel free to substitute creamy peanut butter with another type of peanut butter or nut butter. I find it helpful to spray the measuring cup with some non-stick cooking spray to get all the peanut butter out easily.
2. Add one cup of granulated sugar and add one room temperature egg. Use a hand or stand mixer and mix the ingredients together until combined. The mixture should be combined within one minute.
3. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and roll the dough into one inch balls with your hands or using a cookie scoop.
4. Place each ball on the baking sheet, leaving enough room in between them since they will spread out. Use a fork and create a crisscross shape on the top and gently press the cookie down. Bake these cookies in a 350 °F preheated oven for 10 minutes or until the tops of the cookie are light golden brown.
