Hazelnut cookies: easy to make and super delicious!
They are just delicious!INGREDIENTS
Biscuit:
200g (1 cup) butter
225g (1 cup) oil
60g (1/2 cup) powdered sugar
250g (1 cup) yogurt
1 Egg
560g (4 1/2 cups) flour
Filling:
Hazelnut cream
Chopped hazelnuts
METHOD
For biscuit: In a bowl put the flour, butter, powdered sugar, oil, yogurt and egg. Knead it all well. Make four stripes out of the dough. Place them on a baking pan. Use a spoon to carve the middle of it. Bake at 180C for 20 minutes.
When it is cooled, fill with hazelnut cream and add chopped hazelnuts. Serve.
