How To Make Easy Air Fryer Brownies (Recipe)
For this brownie recipe, you will need the following ingredients:
One-quarter cup of all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
One-quarter teaspoons of baking powder
Pinch of salt
Give the ingredients a good mix until well combined.
Now, in a different bowl, whisk together one-third cup of white sugar and one-quarter cup of melted, unsalted butter. Let the butter cool down a bit before adding it to the mix.
Once the sugar and butter are mixed, add one large egg. Make sure the egg is at room temperature as you don't want the butter to harden too much. Whisk until well combined and add half a teaspoon of vanilla extract and give the ingredients another good stir.
Now, mix together all the dry and wet ingredients. Give the ingredients a good mix until the brownie batter has a smooth, thick consistency.
Now, leave the batter aside for a moment and melt three-quarters of a cup of dark chocolate in the microwave. Once the chocolate has melted, let it cool down a bit. Add it to the rest of the batter and mix it until well combined.
Now add some pieces of dark chocolate and give the batter a final stir.
Pour the brownie mixture into a cake pan or baking dish that would comfortably fit into your air fryer basket. Put the baking dish inside the air fryer basket and place the basket in the air fryer.
Air-fry the brownie at 375°F or 175°C for 15 minutes, and voilà, you got a delicious, warm, moist, and gooey chocolate brownie.

These brownies really just are something else! They're prepared a special way, so that when they bake up in the oven they puff up like a souffle then deflate into a creamy smooth inside. After the first time that you make these you will forever be addicted to this incredible recipe!

Ingredients:
1/2 cup All-purpose Flour
4 Eggs
1 cup unsalted butter
7 oz. Dark chocolate (1 1/4 cups)
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup Dark Cocoa Powder
1/2 tsp. Salt
Directions:
Start these brownies by melting the butter and chocolate together in the microwave or on a double broiler. while its cooling, place it to the side and add the eggs to a mixing bowl with both the sugars and vanilla. Whip the eggs and sugar for a full 10 minutes until it has doubled in volume and becomes a light yellow color. Lower the speed and add all of the melted chocolate mixture.
Turn off the beater and sift the flour, cocoa powder and salt in a bowl to remove any of its lumps. Fold in the sifted dry ingredients into the egg and chocolate. Place the mixture into a parchment lined 9x9 square pan and bake the brownies for 40-45 minutes.
