How To make Pot Roast Teriyaki
-From the Kitchen of -Lawrence & Cindy Kellie 2 lb Beef round tip roast
1 tb Flour
1/2 ts Salt
1/16 ts Black pepper
1/4 ts Curry powder
1 tb Cooking fat
1/8 c Honey
1/8 c Soy sauce
1/8 c Water
1/8 c Dry sherry wine
1/8 ts Ground ginger
1 tb Cornstarch
Hot cooked rice 1. Combine flour, salt, pepper, and curry powder. dredge meat in seasoned
flour and brown in fat. Remove meat from pan and pour off fat drippings. 2. Add honey, soy sauce, water, wine, and ginger; mix well. 3. Return meat to pan. Cover and simmer for 3 to 3 1/2 hours, or until done. (Or cook in a 325F oven for same amount of time.) 4. Turn meat once to cook it evenly
throughout. When done, remove meat and keep warm. 5. For 2 cups of gravy, pour liquid from pan into a 2-cup measuring cup. Let stand for 1 minute to allow fat to come to top. Discard all but 4 Tablespoons (or less) of fat. Add enough water (or other liquid) to measure 1 1/2 cups of liquid. Return to pan. 6. In same cup, measure 1/2 cup cold water and blend in flour. Add mixture slowly to liquid in pan. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, and cook until thickened, about 3 minutes. Taste gravy and correct seasoning, if necessary, with salt and pepper. 7. ingredients:
4 medium size potatoes chunked, into 6-8 pieces
2 cups of baby carrots (about 8oz)
1 medium size green pepper cut into strips1/4-1/2 inch strips
1 medium onion quartered
1/4 cup of flour
2 pound beef chuck roast
2 Tablespoons of canola oil
8oz sliced mushrooms
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup teriyaki sauce
2 teaspoons of ground ginger
2 teaspoons of beef base
1 teaspoon of dried oregano
1 teaspoon of ground pepper
3 green onion tops sliced thin

This is the best ever beef pot roast made in the oven. The beef is packed with all the right flavors, seared and slowly baked in a delicious flavor packed sauce. This beef pot roast is a delicious comforting dish.
INGREDIENTS
2.5 to 3 lbs beef chuck roast ( i used 2.8 lbs)
Salt and pepper to your taste ( i used 1/2 Tbs salt and 1 Tsp pepper)
1 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
2 Tbs olive oil to saute veggies
1 large onion, cut up
2 stalks of celery
2 large carrots, cut up
5 cloves of garlic, minced
salt and pepper to season veggies
2 to 3 Tbs oil to sear meat
2 Tbs butter to make sauce
2 Tbs flour
1/4 cup red wine
1 cup chicken broth
1 Tbs Worcestershire sauce
3 Tbs tomato paste
2 Tbs brown sugar
2 bay leaves
fresh thyme (i did not measure)
3 to 4 sprigs of rosemary

How to Cook Beef Teriyaki | Teriyaki Steak | 5-Minute Recipes | Asian Home Cooking
In Japan, teriyaki beef isn't a stir-fried dish of rubbery beef and sweet sauce. Try teriyaki with a good-quality steak and taste the difference.
This recipe uses the homemade teriyaki sauce from my Teriyaki Sauce & How To Use It playlist.
Instant Pot Teriyaki Chicken & Rice: made in ONE pot! | The Recipe Rebel

Ingredients
1 tablespoon oil
2 boneless skinless chicken breasts (cut into small cubes)
1 ½ cups low sodium chicken broth
2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon white vinegar
2 teaspoons minced garlic
2 teaspoons minced ginger
½ teaspoon salt
⅛ teaspoon red pepper flakes (omit if you don't like any heat)
1 ½ cups long grain white rice (rinsed well)
1 bell pepper chopped
1 cup frozen peas and carrots thawed
Instructions
Turn Instant Pot to saute and wait until it reads hot. Add the oil to the Instant Pot and allow a couple minutes for it to heat up.
Add the chicken and cook just until lightly browned on the outside, 2-3 minutes. Do not cook too long or it will be tough.
Add the chicken broth and use a wooden spoon to scrape the bottom and remove any stuck on bits on the bottom.
Add hoisin sauce, soy sauce, honey, vinegar, garlic, ginger, salt and pepper flakes if using. Stir well.
Stir in the rice (be sure to rinse it well first!), peppers and peas and carrots.
Put the lid on, set the valve to sealing, and select Manual or Pressure Cook for a cook time of 3 minutes. It will take about 10 minutes to come to pressure and begin counting down.
When the cook time is up, allow the pressure to release naturally for 10 minutes, then open the valve to release any remaining pressure. Stir and serve.

INGREDIENTS:
½ cup soy sauce
½ cup mirin see notes for substitutes
½ cup rice wine vinegar
½ cup brown sugar
¼ cup cornstarch
1 Tbsp. fresh ginger grated
1 Tbsp. fresh garlic grated
1 Tbsp. toasted sesame seeds plus more for garnish
2 lbs. chicken breasts
green onions sliced for garnish
INSTRUCTIONS:
In a medium sized bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, mirin, rice wine vinegar, brown sugar, cornstarch, ginger, garlic and sesame seeds.
Add the chicken breast to the bottom of the slow cooker in a single layer, pour over the soy sauce mixture.
Cook on HIGH for 3 hours or LOW for 5-6 hours or until tender and shreddable and the sauce has thickened.
Remove the chicken from the slow cooker to a medium sized bowl and shred using two forks into larger pieces. Stir the chicken back into the sauce.
Serve over rice and garnish with toasted sesame seeds and sliced scallions. Enjoy!

Easy Teriyaki Beef recipe
Ingredients:
2lbs flank steak
1/2 cup + 3Tbsp good quality soy sauce
2-4 finely chopped garlic cloves
1 1/2 tsp fresh ground ginger
1 16 Ounce bag stir fry vegetables
Rice to serve
Directions
1. Cut flank steak Into 1/2 Inch strips
2. Put all ingredients In Instant Pot, mix well and seal lid.
3. Hit MANUAL and cook for 40 minutes.
4. When time is up, hit cancel and quick release.
5. Add vegetables and put lid back on for 10 minutes.
Serve over rice
