1 pk Yellow cake mix 3 oz French vannilla pudding mix 1/3 c Sweet sherry 1/3 c Poppy seed Stick butter 4 x Eggs 8 oz Sour cream
GLAZE:
Stick butter 1 c Sugar 1/4 c Sherry 1/4 c Water Mix all ingredients in a large mixing bowl, beat for a full 5 mins. Pour into a greased and floured tube pan. Bake at 350 for 1 hr. Cool slightly an then pour glaze on cake in pan. GLAZE: Mix glaze ingredients together and bring to a boil, boil for a full 3 mins. Prick top of cake and pour hot glaze over cake. Let cake cool in pan. Freezes great. 12:05 PM
