Печенье с кедровыми орешками
Ингредиенты:
Сахар - 50 гр.
Сливочное масло - 100 гр.
Мука - 150 гр.
Соль
Кедровые орешки - 20 - 30 гр.
Шоколадные капли - 20 - 30 гр.
Приготовление:
1. Мягкое сливочное масло взбей с сахаром до посветления и пышности, добавь соль, орешки и шоколад.
2. В два подхода просей муку и собери тесто в ком. Затем сформуй жгут, оберни пищевой плёнкой и убери в морозилку на 15 минут или оставь на потом.
3. Достаём заготовку и нарезаем на печенье по 2 сантиметра толщиной. Если оставили заготовку на потом, то резать ее нужно через 15-20 минут после морозилки.
4. Поправляем форму печенек при необходимости и запекаем при 180 градусов около 15 минуи. Полностью остужаем.

CORRECTION: 2 cloves garlic - chopped; NOT 2 Tablespoons
4 cups fresh spinach
4 - 6 turns of black pepper
1/4 teaspoon or less of salt

Biscottoni
pinoli, noccioli, mandorle, noci.... è la loro stagione. I biscotti con frutta secca emanano un profumo avvolgente. Quando li cucino, l'aria profumata mette allegria.
ingredienti:
250 gr farina
300 gr zucchero
70 gr pinoli
60 gr mandorle tostate a pezzetti
5 albumi
buccia grattugiata di 1 arancia (o fiala di aroma)
( quando li preparo, faccio anche una teglia di tiramisù, per usare i rossi d'uovo avanzati)
Ricetta:
Mettete in una ciotola farina, zucchero, mandorle, pinoli, aroma di arancia. Montate a neve gli albumi e uniteli, mescolando delicatamente. Usate una sac a poche per spremere il composto su carta forno facendo bastoncini di pasta ben distanziati( potete usare un cucchiaio e le dita, se non avete le sac a poche). Infornate a 180 per 12-15 minuti.

ingredients:
250g flour
300 g sugar
70 g pine nuts
60 g toasted almonds in pieces
5 egg whites
grated peel of 1 orange (or vial of aroma)
(when I make them, I also make a tiramisu pan, to use up the leftover egg yolks)
Recipe:
Put flour, sugar, almonds, pine nuts, orange flavoring in a bowl. Whip the egg whites until stiff and add them, mixing gently. Use a piping bag to squeeze the mixture onto parchment paper making well-spaced sticks of dough (you can use a spoon and your fingers if you don't have piping bags). Bake at 180 for 12-15 minutes.
