How To make Philly 50th Anniversary Double Chocolate Layer Cheesecake
2 8oz pkg Philadelphia Cream Cheese -- softened
1/2 c sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
3 squares Baker's semi-sweet chocolate -- melted, slightly
coo 1 ready to use chocolate flavor crumb crust
Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with mixer on medium speed until blended. Add eggs; mix until blended. Stir melted chocolate into 1 cup of the batter. Pour chocolate batter into crust. Top with plain batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until center is almost set. Cool. Refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.

COOKIE DOUGH ICE CREAM RECIPE
1 Tin Condensed Milk
500ml Double Cream
2 tsp Vanilla Extract
150g Edible Cookie Dough
Using a hand whisk or stand mixer, whisk the condensed milk, double cream and vanilla extract together until you have soft peaks.
Cut the cookie dough into small pieces and fold into the whipped mixture. Transfer into a freezer safe container and freeze for 4 - 5 hours or over night.
COOKIE DOUGH CHEESECAKE RECIPE
430g Chocolate Hobnobs ( 1 packet)
120g Melted Butter
520g Soft Cheese
100g Icing Sugar
450ml Double Cream
2 tsp Vanilla Extract
150g Edible Cookie Dough
Melted dhocolate to decorate ( I used a packet of dark milk giant buttons)
Whiz up the biscuits in a food processor or bash with a rolling pin. Mix with the melted butter and press down into a lined 7 loose bottom deep cake tin. Pop into the fridge while you prepare the filling.
Using a hand whisk or a stand mixer, whisk the soft cheese in a large bowl until soft, then whisk in the icing sugar. In a seperate bowl whisk the double cream until soft peaks have formed. Fold the cream into the cream cheese mixture with the vanilla extract.
Reserve a small ball of cookie dough (store int he fridge) for the topping. Chop or break the rest into small pieces and fold into the cake mixture. Retrieve the base from the fridge and carefully top with the cheesecake mixture and smooth the top. Refridgerate for 4 -5 hours or overnight.
Once set, bake the small cookie dough ball in the oven at 170 degrees for 15 minutes. Once cool, crumble over the top of the cheesecake and pour melted chocolate round the edges to drip down the sides.
COOKIE DOUGH BROWNIE CAKE
200g Chocolate Buttons
150g Butter
150g Soft Brown Sugar
150g Golden Caster Sugar
200g Plan Flour
75g Coco Powder
1 tsp Bicarbonate of Soda
4 Eggs, gently whisked
150g Edible Cookie Dough
Melt the butter and stir in the sugars. Stir in the flour, coco powder and bicarb to create a dry mixture. Remove from the heat and fold in the eggs. Stir in the chocolate buttons.
Roll out the cookie dough and place into a lined cake pan. Top with the brownie mixture and bake at 160 degrees (fan) for 20-25 minutes.
Allow to cool for 20 - 30 miniutes before removing from the cake pan and slicing.
