1/2 su bardağı (110 gr) tereyağı (yumuşak)
1 su bardağı (200 gr) toz şeker
3 yumurta (oda sıcaklığında)
1 + 1/2 su bardağı (180 gr) un
1 + 1/4 çay kaşığı (5 gr) kabartma tozu
1 çay kaşığı (4 gr) vanilin
1/4 çay kaşığı (1 gr) tuz
12-14 mürdüm eriği
Üzerine toz şeker

Schneller Zwetschgenkuchen mit Streuseln ohne Mixer ohne Hefe | Pflaumenkuchen
Dieser Zwetschgenkuchen ist super saftig, fluffig und vor allem schnell und einfach in der Zubereitung. Ein Pflaumenkuchen wie ich ihn mag... mit Streuseln, ohne Hefe und die Kombination von süß und sauer ... Mmmh einfach nur lecker!!!
Zutaten für ein 38x25 Blech:
4 Eier ( Größe M ) - zimmerwarm
400 g Creme Fraiche oder Schmand ( bei Schmand bitte mehr Mehl hinzufügen, da Schmand von der Konsistenz deutlich flüssiger ist ) - bitte ein paar Stunden vorher aus dem Kühlschrank holen, damit es Zimmertemperatur hat
230 g Zucker
2 Päckchen Vanillinzucker ( 16 g )
100 g weiche Butter
1 Päckchen Backpulver ( 16 g )
1 Prise Salz
320 g Mehl ( T405 ) evtl. etwas mehr - der Teig sollte eine cremige Konsistenz haben
ca. 700 g Zwetschgen oder Pflaumen
- für die Streuseln-
100 g kalte Butter
150 g Mehl ( T 405 )
120 g Zucker
ca. 45 Minuten bei 180° Ober- und Unterhitze backen. Stäbchenprobe!!!

Dry ingredients:
1 1/2 cups (150 g) oat flour (gluten-free if needed)
3/4 heaped cup (100 g) ground nuts of choice
1/2 cup (100 g) granulated sweetener of choice
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp allspice (optional)
1/2 tsp cardamom (optional)
1/3 tsp salt
Wet ingredients:
2/3 cup (160 ml) plant-based milk
1 small (80 g) ripe mashed banana or 1/3 cup applesauce
1 tbsp lemon juice or lime juice
1 tsp vanilla extract
Topping:
3-4 plums sliced
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp sugar
