3/4 c Flour
1 ts Baking powder
1/4 ts Salt
1 c Dates; chopped
1 1/2 c Pecans; chopped
1 c Brown sugar
1 ts Vanilla
3 Eggs; slightly beaten
Preheat oven to 300. Combine dry ingredients and toss with dates. Stir in rest of ingredients and turn into greased 9 x 9 baking pan. Bake 1 hour. When completely cool, dust with confectioners' sugar. -----

Healthy Pecan Pie Bars
Crust:
- 2 cups almond flour
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- 4 scoops vital proteins collagen (optional)
Bake 12 minutes
Filling:
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 tbsp arrowroot starch with 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1 1/4 cup shopped pecans
Bake 30 minutes
