BEST brEAD MACHINE CB EVER:
1 1/2 lg Pears
3 tb Oil
1/2 tb Yeast
2 c Bread flour
1 1/8 c Rye flour
3 tb Wheat germ
3 tb Sugar
1/2 tb Salt
1/2 tb Fennel seeds
3 tb Hazelnuts, chopped
1/2 c Water; warm
Bring all ingredients to room temperature and pour into bakery, in order. Set "baking control" at 10 o'clock. Select "white bread" and push Start. In hot & humid weather, use 1/8 c less water. Ripe, actually overripe, pears make the sweetest, moistest bread. This subtly flavored loaf does fine on its own and makes excellent plain, cinnamon, or French toast. Or place a thin slice of cold cooked lamb on it and briefly warm in the broiler. Tested in DAK R2D2. Another difference is that Swedish Cinnamon Buns doesn’t use any frosting or icing.
Swedish cinnamon buns usually have pearl sugar as topping.

Bake them @ 420 F or 215 C for 13-15 minutes.
How to make the sugar syrup for glaze
It is so easy to make this sugar syrup to use as glaze for kanelbulle or swedish cinnamon buns .
Into a saucepan add the 60 g or 5tbsp sugar and 60ml or 1/4 cup water.
Boil and simmer until it gets a syrup consistency.
Remove from heat and let it cool down.
How to store Swedish cinnamon rolls
These homemade cinnamon rolls can be kept at room temperature for upto 3 days.Cover the tray with foil or store them in an airtight container.

1/2 cup (50 g) rolled oats
1 teaspoon baking soda

4-ingredient Chocolate Peanut Butter Bites???? This recipe is part of my healthy desserts series! These bites are so easy to make and taste super delicious!

Ingredients:
1 cup lactose-free Greek yogurt (240 ml)
3 tablespoons unsweetened peanut butter
1 tablespoon maple syrup (or honey if you don’t have IBS)

Topping:
100 g / 3.5 oz. 80% dark chocolate
optional: 1 teaspoon coconut oil

1. Mix the yogurt, peanut butter and maple syrup together
2. Spoon dollops onto a plate lined with parchment paper
3. Freeze for 1 1/2 - 2 hours
4. (Melt the chocolate with the coconut oil in the microwave). Dip the bites in the chocolate. (Let the chocolate cool down a little before dipping). Make sure that the bites are fully covered in the chocolate!
5. Store in the freezer. Let defrost for about 15 minutes before eating
