RECIPE
1 cup of water
2 1/2 cups of roasted peanuts
2 1/2 cups of granulated sugar
3 tablespoons grated/minced ginger(add more or less if desired)
2 Cinnamon stick or 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon powder
1 Teaspoon vanilla extract/ vanilla essence
*GREASE WAX PAPER BEFORE PLACING GROUND NUT SUGAR CAKE TO PREVENT STICKING.

50g cooked white sesame seeds
180g sugar (you can replace half of the maltose)
10g ginger juice (for flavor, optional or not)
10 grams of lemon juice (optional if you don't have it)
