Groundnut Sugar Cake Recipe|| Peanut Drops || Nut Cake

1/2 cup water
3 +1/2 cups white sugar
1 tsp ground cinnamon
3 tbsp fresh ginger, minced
1 tsp vanilla extract
4 cups peanut ( can add 1-2 more cups if sauce isn’t thick enough after 15-20 minutes boiling)

Special Peanut brittle (sisi pelebe/Nkate cake) (No sugar style)

Groundnut/peanut brittle is a sweet and easy to make snacks for both kids and adults
