1 c All-purpose flour
2 tb Sugar
1/2 ts Salt
1/3 c Vegetable shortening
3 oz Cream cheese
2 ts Milk
1/4 c Peanut butter
3 tb Apple butter

Frozen puff pastry peanut butter twists | *simple, easy breakfast idea!*
This oven baked peanut butter twists using puff pastry was so incredibly easy, it took less than 15 minutes for it all to come together! I didn't include baking time in this because it can vary depending on the puff pastry you've purchased so you'll have to check the back of YOUR puff pastry box. The peanut butter I used was a PB & J, so there was an additional flavour element of the jam which made it taste a whole lot better, in my opinion. Peanut butter, when hot, is ooey, gooey and absolutely delicious, but it takes on a whole other level once you bake it in puff pastry. From what would've been a boring sandwich, you now have pastries in gorgeous shapes to impress your friends, kids, boyfriends, neighbours, security guard at your condo, etc etc.

3 Ingredient Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge | One Pot Chef
After several experiments, I think I may have struck upon the PERFECT three ingredient Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge recipe! Smooth, chewy dark chocolate fudge with a cool layer of peanut butter that compliments the chocolate layer. Super easy and super addictive, this fudge is guaranteed to please - give it a go! :)
Ingredients:
375g of Good Quality Dark Chocolate (or Chocolate Melts)
400g Can of Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 Cup of Smooth (or Crunchy) Peanut Butter
Preparation Time: About 5 minutes
Chilling Time: About 4 hours
MAKES 20 SQUARES (APPROX)
