How To make Peanut Butter Filled Banana Cookies
Cookies: 1 c Unsalted butter at room temp
1 c Sugar (divided)
1 ts Vanilla
2 Ripe bananas; peeled and sli
-ced 2 1/2 c All-purpose flour
1/4 ts Salt
1/3 c Finely chopped; toasted
-walnuts Filling: 2 c Powdered sugar
1/4 c Unsalted butter; room temp
2 tb Cream cheese; softened
1/4 c Creamy peanut butter
1 tb Vanilla extract
1/4 ts Grated nutmeg
Cookies: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat butter until creamy in a large bowl. Slowly beat in 3/4 cup sugar and vanilla until light and fluffy. Add banana and beat on medium speed for 1 minute. Beat in flour and salt. Stir in walnuts. Drop batter by spoonfuls, about 2 1/2 inches apart, onto cookie sheet sprayed lightly with nonstick cooking spray. Dip bottom of drinking glass into sugar and press down on each ball of batter to form a 2 inch circle. Bake 15 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Remove baked cookies to wire rack to cool. For filling: Beat together powdered sugar, butter, cream cheese, peanut butter, vanilla and nutmeg until smooth. Spread some of the filling on half the cookies. Top with remaining cookies creating sandwich cookies. THE DESSERT SHOW SHOW #DS3050 -----

So you can enjoy it with just the perfect flavor that you desire. Well, thanks for letting me share this with you, I get to share with you guys a recipe for excellent health. And that includes being competent in the kitchen, confident with your health, and most importantly, confident and understanding how much God really loves you and He cares for you.
Healthy Banana Cookies Recipe
3 ripe bananas
2 cups of oats (old fashioned or quick-cook)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup of oil or 1/2 cup of applesauce or 1/2 cup pumpkin butter
Now this recipe is one of many that I have in the healthy treasures cookbook. It's a cookbook if you just want healthy food that tastes good. Alright, it's just been a great addition, I use it almost every week. This week, I probably have used it almost every day because it has such great recipes.
I can't wait for you to try these if you haven't already. So perfect for hiking, biking, doing activities throughout the day with your kids, your grandkids. You're going to love these. How To Make Banana Cookies Recipe
This is an original recipe I created with the flavors I was looking for. The first time I made these was when filming this video. Staff from work and can't stop raving about them. Hope you like them as well. They are very soft and delicious.
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup softened butter
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup banana
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 3 tablespoon almond hazelnut butter
Coating
- 1/2 cup oats
- 2 tablespoons dark brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Peanut Butter Banana Swirl Muffins
This combination of peanut butter, banana and chocolate is out of this world. And, it’s easy to lighten up by using Greek yogurt in place of butter.
