Ingredients
½ cup (115 g) unsalted butter, at room temperature
½ cup (100 g) packed light brown sugar
½ cup (100 g) granulated sugar
1 large egg, at room temperature
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 ¼ cup (185 g) all-purpose flour
1 Tbsp (7.5 g) cornstarch
½ tsp (2.5 g) baking soda
½ tsp (2.5 g) salt
1 ½ cup (262 g) chocolate chips
1 cup (100 g) lightly toasted, coarsely chopped pecans (optional)
Directions
1. Cream the butter with the brown sugar and granulated sugar together well. Beat in the egg and the vanilla.
2. In a separate bowl, sift the flour with the cornstarch, baking soda and salt. Add this to the butter mixture and stir until blended. Stir in the chocolate chips and pecans (if using).
3. Using a small ice cream scoop or a tablespoon, scoop spoonfuls of dough (about 2 Tbsp) shape them into a ball and place onto a parchment lined baking tray or a plate. Chill the scooped cookies for at least an hour, or once chilled, the cookies can be frozen for baking later.
4. Preheat the oven to 325ºF (162 C). Arrange the chilled scooped cookies onto parchment-lined baking trays, leaving 3 inches between the cookies. Bake for 15-18 minutes, until browned around the edges. Cool the cookies on the baking tray. If baking cookie dough that has been frozen, arrange the frozen cookies on the baking tray and let them thaw for 20 minutes at room temperature before baking as above.
Let cool slightly and enjoy.

Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookie Heaven
Some of the best cookies you may ever have. They were that good.
The peanut butter flavor is not intense, AT ALL. AT ALL!
You're going to want to try these.
Made some very minor changes to mine.
You'll need:
Half cup (125 g) of butter
Half cup (125 g) of creamy peanut butter
Half cup of dark brown sugar
Half cup of granulated sugar
1 egg and 1 egg yolk
2 tspns of vanilla paste (or extract)
1 cup + 2 tblspns (145 g) of A P flour
Half tspn of baking soda
Slightly more than a half tspn of salt (about 3/4 tspn)
Half cup of semi sweet choco chips
Half cup of milk choco chips and a bit more for topping
Flaky salt (cemetery optional)
Preheat oven to 350
Start off with your butter and peanut butter. Melt and mix together.
In another bowl add your sugars and combine.
Now add you melted butter and peanut butter to sugars. Mix.
Add egg, egg yolk and vanilla and mix until batter is glossy.
In a separate bowl, combine your flour, salt and baking powder. Mix.
Fold your dry ingredients into your wet. Stop when just combined.
Now gently fold in your choco.
Scoop your cookies onto baking sheet/pan.
Make sure to leave space in between each cookie.
Top with extra choco chips.
Bake for 8-11 min, depending on your cookie size and your oven. I made my cookies slightly bigger, so I baked at 10-11 min, then, when I removed from oven, I left them in the pan for an addition 5-6 min to cool off a bit.

Adding a brown sugar, eggs, baking soda as an ingredients in your cookies will hold the moisture and give you the chewy texture. and if you want really to have a soft and perfect cookies here is the secret UNDERBAKING, yes that mean your cookies will be ready when you'll see light gold color around the edges of the cookies. set them out of the oven and let them cool.

Ingredients:
this recipe will make 10 - 11 large cookies
1 stick (1/2 cup) Unsalted Butter, softened
1/2 cup Brown Sugar
1/4 cup Granulated Sugar
1 Egg (room temperature)
1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1 1/2 cup Flour
1/4 tsp Salt
1 cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
5 Tips For Perfect Cookies:
1- Leave a couple of inches between each cookie.
2- Bake your cookies in the middle of the oven.
3- Do NOT OVERBAKE your cookies, remove them from the oven when you'll see light golden color around the edges, because they will be cook a little more and firm up a bit after removing them from the oven.
4- Be sure to not open the door much, while the cookies are baking.
5- When you take your cookies out of the oven, let them cool slightly, then transfer them on a wire cooling racks to cool completely.

PEANUT BUTTER CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES | 7 MIN RECIPE
If you know me, you'll know I have SO many allergies. Here's how I modify peanut butter chocolate chip cookies to be gluten, dairy, egg, and nut free. Recipe below...
Dry ingredients (sm bowl):
- 1 cup of GF flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. cornstarch
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 3/4 cup of sugar
- chocolate chips
Wet ingredients:
- 1/2 cup of vegan Becel
- 1/2 cup of peanut butter
- 1/4 cup of apple sauce
- 1 tbsp. coconut milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Mix dry into wet ingredient bowl. Pop onto a baking sheet. Cook for 8-9 minutes on 350 degrees.
