Peanut Butter Bear Cookies!???????? #shorts
Peanut Butter Bear Cookies! ???????? FULL RECIPE DOWN BELOW:
INGREDIENTS:
1 + 1/3 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 cup softened butter
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 large egg
1 tsp. vanilla extract
3/4 cup cream peanut butter
chocolate chips, for eyes and nose
white chocolate + pink food dye
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. To a small bowl, add in 1 + 1/3 cup all-purpose flour, 1/2 tsp. baking soda, and 1/4 tsp. salt. Give that a quick whisk then set it aside.
2. To a large bowl, add in 1/2 cup softened butter and cream that with an electric hand mixer until light and fluffy. Once creamed, add in 1/2 cup packed brown sugar and 1/4 cup granulated sugar. Beat that again, then add in 1 large egg, 1 tsp. vanilla extract, and 3/4 cup cream peanut butter. Beat that until fully combined. Add in the dry ingredients, and beat that once more until fully combined.
3. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and chill in the fridge for at least 1-2 hours. Once done chilling, it's time to shape the bears! Scoop out one ball of cookie dough, and place it on a lined baking sheet. This will be the bear's face. Roll out two small balls of cookie dough and shape them into ears and attach it onto the bear's face. Next, make a small oval out of the cookie dough, and place it on a separate, smaller lined baking sheet. This will be the bear's nose that will be attached after baking. Repeat that same process with the remaining cookies.
4. Bake the bear's faces + ears for 350F for 12-14 minutes, or until lightly golden brown. Bake the bear's noses at 350F for about 7-10 minutes. Let the cookies cool completely.
5. Once cooled, melt the chocolate chips and white chocolate. Add pink food dye to the white chocolate. With the melted chocolate chips, attach the bear's nose onto the cookie. Pipe on a small oval onto the top of the nose, and pipe on eyes. With the pink chocolate, pipe on two small circles for the cheeks.
6. Enjoy!
