How To make Peanut Butter'N Carrot Cookies
1/2 c Peanut butter
1/4 c Shortening
1/2 c Packed brown sugar
1/4 c Granulated sugar
1 Egg
1 t Vanilla
1 c All-purpose flour
1 t Baking soda
1/2 t Salt
1 c 100% bran cereal
1 c Shredded carrots
1/2 c Chopped peanuts or
Sunflower seeds
Cream peanut butter, shortening, sugars, egg and vanilla until light and fluffy. Mix flour, baking soda and salt; blend into creamed mixture. Stir in cereal, carrots and peanuts. Form into 1-inch balls; place on baking sheet, about 2 inches apart. Flatten with fork. Bake at 350F (180C) for 10 to 12 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool on racks. Store in airtight container.

Grilled Beef Bowl Recipe - Inspired by DAK Pandora's Satu'li Canteen
Our favorite restaurant in all of Walt Disney World is Satu'li Canteen. The options are healthy and delicious, the portions are plentiful, and the price is just right. Once we got home from our first trip to visit Pandora at Animal Kingdom, the entire family was craving the Slow Roasted Sliced Beef Bowl, so we did our best to recreate the recipe here at home. Ingredients
Cake:
1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened, plus more for garnishing
1/2 cup granulated sugar
3 eggs
1/2 cup buttermilk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup cashew or almond flour
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup all-purpose flour, plus more for dusting
Frosting:
6 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter
4 cups powdered sugar divided
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup maple syrup, plus more for serving

1/4 cup granulated sugar

Peanut Butter 'n' Oats Chews
A very simple, no-bake recipe using instant oats .
Ingredients: 3 cups instant oats
3/4th cup unsalted butter
1/2 cup sugar
1 tablespoonful vanilla essence
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/4th cup unsweetened cocoa butter
1/4th cup condensed milk
2 teaspoonful milk
Time to prepare: 45 minutes
Serves: 4
