Broccoli Mushroom Spinach Pasta | Creamy Pasta Recipe | Easy recipe | simple pasta recipe
Ingredients :
pasta -200 gm
broccoli -100 gm
spinach (palak)- 100 gm
Mushroom -100 gm
capcicum -100 gm
oil
garlic
chilli finliy chopped
onion-1 no
fresh cream
salt
black pepper
organo
method:
In a pot add water, oil, salt, pasta and bring it to boil.
Strain water from pasta, rinse it with cold water and pour oil for greasing.
In another pan add oil,Garlic ,Chopped Chilli,Mushroom stem, sauté it for 1-2 mins.
add capcicum.Onion,spinach,Mushroom,Brocoli saute it well
Add water, cheddar cheese and cook it for 4 min until cheese dissolves.
Now add Fresh cream,salt, black pepper, oregano and fresh chesse and mix it well.
Now add pasta, cook it for mins on medium flame.
Garnish it with black pepper.
Creamy pasta is ready to serve.

ingredients :
1 head of broccoli (400g)
250 g of pasta
1/2 onion , chopped
2 garlic cloves
1 tbsp of vegetable oil
2 tsp of salt
a pinch of black pepper
1/4 tsp of nutmeg
4 tbsp of butter (60 g)
4 tbsp of flour ( 30g)
3 cups of milk (700 ml)
1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese (100 g)
1/2 cup of shredded cheddar or gouda cheese (100 g)
