INGREDIENTS:
●1/2 cup reduced-fat cream cheese
●1/4 cup chopped shallot
●1/4 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
●2 tablespoons nonfat sour cream
●2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
●2 tablespoons lemon juice
●1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
●3/4 teaspoon black pepper
●1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
●8 ounces uncooked large elbow macaroni
●2/3 cup fresh green peas
●2/3 cup finely diced red bell pepper
●2/3 cup finely diced red onion
●1/2 cup thinly sliced green onion
●1/4 cup chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
●1/2 teaspoon grated lemon rind
●3 slices bacon , fat removed, cooked and crumbled

Ingredients:
-Olive oil 1-2 tbs
-Makhan (Butter) 2 tbs
-Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 medium
-Lehsan (Garlic) sliced 3 cloves
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed ½ tsp
-Chicken cut in strips ½ kg
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ½ tsp
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Brown sugar ¼ tsp
-Dried oregano ½ tsp
-Sundried tomatoes oil 1 tbs
-Dijon mustard 1 tbs
-Yakhni (Chicken stock) ½ Cup or as required
-Olper’s Dairy Cream 250ml
-Sundried tomatoes ½ Cup
-Fresh parsley chopped 1 tbs
-Fresh basil leaves 5-6
-Shimla mirch (Capsicum) julienne 1 medium
-Fettuccine pasta boiled as per pack’s instructions 400g substitute: Pasta of your choice
-Parmesan cheese
-Fresh parsley
Directions:
-On cast iron pan,add olive oil,butter and let it melt.
-Add onion and sauté until translucent.
-Add garlic and mix well.
-Add red chilli crushed and mix well.
-Add chicken and mix well until it changes color.
-Add black pepper crushed,salt,brown sugar,dried oregano,mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
-Add sundried tomatoes oil,Dijon mustard,mix well and cook for a minute.
-Add chicken stock,mix well and bring it to boil.
-Turn off the flame,add cream and mix well,turn on the flame and cook for 1-2 minutes.
-Add sundried tomatoes and mix well.
-Add fresh parsley,fresh basil leaves and mix well,cover and cook on low flame for 2-3 minutes.
-Add capsicum and mix well.
-In a serving bowl,add boiled fettuccine pasta,cooked chicken with sauce,sprinkle parmesan cheese,fresh parsley & serve!

Ingredients
8 oz of elbow macaroni, cooked to packaged directions
1 cup of mayonnaise
2 tbsp of vinegar
1 tbsp of dijon mustard
1 tsp of sugar
1 tsp of salt
1/4 tsp of ground black pepper
1 cup of celery, thinly sliced
1 cup of green and red peppers, chopped
1/4 cup of onion, chopped
Instructions
1. In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, mayonnaise, vinegar, dijon mustard, sugar, salt, and black pepper and mix.
2. Now add the celery, green and red peppers, onion and cooked macaroni.
3. Serve chilled or at room temperature.

Dijon Mustard Vinaigrette is my all time favorite salad dressing. This dressing comes together so easy and you will only need a few kitchen pantry ingredients. The mustard helps to emulsify the salad dressing so that it gets thick and creamy. This salad dressing is for you if you are looking to eat more healthy without having to drop great flavors. The dressing can be prepared in a small bottle and can be stored in the fridge for up to 2-3 weeks. Use it whenever you plan on preparing a quick salad at home or for lunch at work. I have added some more ideas on how you can use this amazing french salad dressing.
