How To make Pasta Jambalaya
Ingredients

cup
chicken, diced
1/2
pound
tasso or smoked sausage, chopped
1/4
cup
green pepper, chopped
1/4
cup
red onion, chopped
2
each
garlic cloves, minced
1
creole seasoning
1/4
each
stick butter
1
provolone, grated
1
gouda, grated
1
pound
three-colored pasta, cooked
Directions:
Saute meats in oil. Add pepper, onion, garlic, seasoning and butter. Heat. Toss with pasta and serve with grated cheeses.

Pasta night with some Louisiana flavor!
DIRECTIONS
1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onions and bell peppers and sauté until beginning to soften. Add the sausages and cook until browned all over. Stir in the garlic and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds. Add the chicken and Cajun seasoning. Season everything with salt and pepper to taste. Cook, stirring often, until the chicken is cooked through.
2. Add the penne and stir until coated in the sausage and peppers, then pour over the diced tomatoes and chicken broth. Simmer until the pasta is al dente and almost all of the liquid is absorbed, about 20 minutes.
3. Stir in the heavy cream and cheddar. Garnish with parsley and serve.

2 skinless, boneless chicken breasts, chopped into 1 pieces
kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper
10 oz. penne
4 c. chicken broth
1 (15-oz.) can diced tomatoes
1 c. shredded Cheddar
1/2 c. heavy cream
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Ingredient List:
1 box Penne pasta
1/2-1 lb Shrimp
1 link, smoked cajun sausage, sliced
1 red bell pepper, diced
1 orange bell pepper diced
1 yellow onion, diced
4 garlic cloves, minced
½ cup fresh crushed tomatoes
2 1/2 teaspoons creole seasoning
3 teaspoons garlic powder
3 teaspoons onion powder
2 teaspoons chili powder
1 packet, sazon seasoning(color)
1 tablespoon parsley, fresh
2 cups heavy cream (forgot to show it in the video)
1 cup mixed cheese (use the cheese that you perfer)
Salt and pepper to taste
*I covered and broiled the cheese on top of the pasta towards the end.

Jambalaya Pasta With Shrimps, Chicken, and Sausage
Ingredients:
1 pound (453.59g) pasta fettuccine
1 lb(453.59g) chicken breast cut into pieces
½ lb (226.8g) shrimp deveined
½ lb (226.8g) andouille sausage sliced into half-inch-thick pieces
2 tbsp (907.18g) cajun spice
4 tbsp olive oil
¾ cup (120g) onion diced
3 cloves garlic minced
1 bay leaf
1 medium tomato diced
8 ounces (226.8g) tomato sauce
½ tsp red pepper flakes or cayenne powder
½ cup (74.5g) red bell peppers diced
½ cup (74.5g) green bell peppers diced
1 tsp thyme
1 tsp oregano
1 cup (235g) chicken broth
Salt and pepper to taste if necessary
Parsley for garnish

-Penne Pasta OR any kind of noodle you prefer

For the Alfredo sauce:
-Heavy Whipping Cream
-Butter
-Minced Garlic
-Fresh grated Parmesan cheese OR pre grated. It’s up to you. Of course fresh is better
-Cajun seasoning OR salt and pepper to taste. For the safe eaters. Italian seasoning works well too. Any kind of seasoning you prefer.

For the Jambalaya Sauce
-shrimp
-1 chicken breast
-Half of Polska Kielbasa (hill shire farm sausage) OR any kind of sausage you prefer
-Chopped Red, Yellow, & Orange bell peppers
-Diced Tomatoes ( I use the kind with the basil, garlic, & oregano and green peppers, celery, and onion)
