How To make Passionfruit Cake
Ingredients
Batter:
18 1/4
oz
cake mix, white
3
oz
gelatin, powder, lemon
2
teaspoon
vanilla extract, pure
3
each
egg, whites, whipped
3/4
cup
water
1
tablespoon
oil, olive
Topping:
6
oz
passionfruit, juice, thawed
2
cup
sugar, powdered, sifted
3
tablespoon
lemon, juice, bottled
1/4
cup
water
Directions:
Soak top and bottom of a clay pot in water for at least 15 minutes. To prepare batter, combine cake mix, dry lemon gelatin, vanilla extract, egg whites, water, and oil in a mixing bowl. Line bottom and up sides of pot with waxed paper. Cover, and place in a cold oven. Set temperature to 400 degrees. Bake for 45 minutes or until springs back when touched.
Meanwhile to prepare topping, combine fruit juice, powdered sugar, lemon juice, and water in a saucepan. Stir over medium heat until sugar has dissolved. Remove cake from oven. Prick top all over with a fork and immediatley pour fruit juice mixture over top.

J'ai réalisé ce gâteau aux fruits de la passion ou maracudja (maracuja), un dessert plein de saveurs et fondant en bouche avec le mariage de la chantilly et l'acidité du maracudja (maracuja).

Si tu ne trouves pas le maracudja tu peux remplacer par l'ananas...
Ce dessert peut être servi dans un repas de fête , il est moelleux, léger, pas trop sucré et juste un peu d'acidité du fruit en bouche.

200g unsalted butter, softened
200g golden caster sugar
200g self raising flour
4 British Blacktail Large Free Range Eggs
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp milk
2 lemons, zested
For the filling:
300ml double cream
2 tbsp caster sugar
4-5 tbsp No.1 Passionfruit Curd
2 fresh passion fruits
