Chinese Style Parsnip Chips (Asian Style Vegetarian Recipe)
Welcome to my Asian kitchen. My name is Xiao Wei and my goal is to make your cooking simple and exciting. Ever since my Mother showed me how to cook at an early age, I have always had a strong passion for cooking. My family still live in Inner Mongolia in the northern part of China, where I visit each year and learn new Chinese recipes.
Ingredients:
240g Parsnips
3 Red Chillies
4 Cloves Garlic
10g Ginger
1 Spring Onion
1 Tbsp Light Soy Sauce
½ Tsp Coarse Black Pepper
Salt to Taste
Method:
1. Finely chop the garlic, ginger & spring onion
2. Slice the chillies
3. Cut the parsnips into thin chips
4. Heat half litre of oil in the wok
5. Place the parsnip chips into the hot oil
6. Deep fry for 5 minutes till light golden
7. Then remove from oil & drain
8. Reserve 1 Tbsp oil & discard the rest
9. Fry the garlic, ginger, spring onion & black pepper
10. Fry for few seconds
11. Add the chillies & parsnip
12. Stir fry for a minute
13. Add soy sauce, salt to taste & stir
14. Transfer onto a dish & serve

I never get tired of cooking potatoes with celery like this! Healthy, easy and delicious
Welcome to my channel!
300g celery
Chop the celery
Medium heat
Olive oil
Add the celery to the pan
Cook for about 2 minutes
3 cloves of garlic
Cook for 1 minute
3 potatoes
320g potatoes
Dice the potatoes
Add the potatoes to the pan
Cook for 2-3 minutes
35g parsley
Chop the parsley
Add the parsley to the pan
Salt to taste
Black pepper
500ml vegetable broth
Cook for 15 minutes
Whole wheat bread crusts
Cut into smaller pieces
1tbsp salted butter
Add the bread crusts to the pan
Fry for 3-5 minutes
After cooking for 15 minutes
Transfer to a smaller pot or bowl
Blend the soup
The soup is ready to serve now!
It's very tasty
This soup is super healthy and delicious!
