1 ea Slice Whole Wheat Bread 1 T Butter Or Margarine 1 T Grated Parmesan Cheese Trim crust from bread. Cut bread slice into quarters, making squares. Diagonally cut each square in to halves, making triangles. Arrange bread triangles in a shallow baking dish or pie plate. Micro-cook, uncovered, on 100% power for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes or till the bread is dry. Remove the bread from the microwave oven. In a custard cup micro-cook butter or margarine, uncovered, on 100% power for 40 to 50 seconds or till melted. Drizzle over bread triangles. Sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese.

Ingredients: 3 small slices of wheat bread 1 Tbsp olive oil 1/4 tsp salt 1/8 tsp black pepper 1/4 tsp garlic powder 1-2 tsp grated Parmesan cheese
Directions: 1.) Preheat oven to 370 F. 2.) Cut bread into small 1 inch pieces and place in a mixing bowl. 3.)Add olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and parmesan cheese and mix well. 4.) Transfer to a lined baking sheet and bake for 7-10 minutes (flipping halfway through) until golden and crispy. Make sure to watch closely, so they don't burn. 5.)
