How To make Packable Chocolate Chip Cake
1 Yellow cake mix with pudding
1 c Sour cream
1/2 c Vegetable oil
1/4 c Water
4 Eggs; slightly beaten
1 1/2 c Semisweet chocolate chips
Powdered sugar Recipe by: Sue Klapper
In a mixing bowl, combine cake mix, sour cream, oil, water and eggs. Beat for 2 minutes. Fold in chocolate chips. Pour into a greased 10 inch fluted tube pan. Bake at 350 for 45 to 50 minutes or until cake tests done. Cool in pan for 20 minutes before removing to a wire rack. Just before serving, dust with powdered sugar. ADD 2 1/2 tsp baking powder baking powder
1 1/4 cups my All-purpose flour
Which is my Cakes & Cookies flour
6 Tbs melted butter
1/2 cup allulose
1/2 cup allulose brown sugar
1 egg
3/4 tsp vanilla
1 cup lily chocolate chips
2 Tbs lard
pinch of salt
Bake at 350 for 12 minutes
1.5 net carbs per cookie

Christmas GINGERBREAD BUNDT CAKE recipe using Betty Crocker Cake Mix | Easy baking Tips
It’s Christmas time once again so let’s get on with the holiday flavors! This perfectly moist and beautiful gingerbread Bundt cake is a delightful holiday desert! After all, Ain’t no Christmas without some good old gingerbread flavors and scents! Enjoy!
Ingredients I used
For the cake

1 16oz pk Betty Crocker Ginger bread mix
1 egg
1/4 cup melted unsalted butter
1 1/4 cups buttermilk or whole milk
1/2 Tbsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
Zest of 1 lemon
For the glaze
—————————————
1 1/4 Cups of Confectioners Sugar
1 Tbsp of melted salted Butter
3 Tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
Sift the cake mix first, combine all the Ingredients and beat on low- medium speed with a hand mixer or a whisk. Pour into a greased bundt pan and bake immediately at 350F for 35-40 minutes. A toothpick inserted in the middle should come out dry and clean.
Allow the cake to cool off completely before pouring lemon glaze over it. Let the glaze set and harden before cutting and serving! Enjoy with vanilla ice cream or as is!
