・1 ¾ cup All-Purpose Flour
・1 tsp Baking Soda
・½ tsp Salt
・½ cup Creamy Peanut Butter
・½ cup Unsalted Butter , room temperature
・½ cup Granulated Sugar
・½ cup Light Brown Sugar, lightly packed
・1 Large Egg
・2 tbsp Milk
・1 tsp Vanilla Extract
・½ cup Granulated Sugar, additional amount for coating cookies

• 1 cup creamy peanut butter
• 1/2 cup white sugar
• 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 1 large egg
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1️⃣ 00:00:34 - Preheat oven to 350°. Line a large baking sheet with a silicone baking mat or parchment paper. Set aside.
2️⃣ 00:00:42 - In the bowl of a stand mixer or in a large bowl with a hand mixer, beat the peanut butter, white sugar, and brown sugar together on high until creamy and smooth, 2-3 minutes. Add the egg and vanilla and mix until combined.
3️⃣ 00:01:21 - Using a heaping tablespoon, spoon the dough and roll into 1¼-inch balls. Place on prepared cookie sheet and place approximately 2-3 inches apart.
4️⃣ 00:01:50 - Bake in the preheated 350 degree oven for about 8 minutes.
5️⃣ 00:02:04 - Within 1-2 minutes of removing cookies from oven, gently press a chocolate kiss into the center of each cookie.

Here is the recipe
1/2 Cup Sugar
1/2 Cup Packed Brown Sugar
1/2 Cup Butter Softened
1/2 Cup Peanut Butter
1 Egg
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
1 3/4 Cups All-Purpose Flour
1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
1/4 Cup Sugar
Pre heat oven to 375f
Combine 1/2 cup sugar brown sugar, softened butter, and peanut butter in bowl. Mix until light and fluffy. Add egg, vanilla and salt continue beating until mixed well. Add flour and baking soda mix until all is combined, scrap bowl often.
Shape dough into 1 inch balls. Roll balls in 1/4 cup sugar. Place 2 inches apart on cookie sheet. Bake 8-10 minutes or until very lightly golden brown. Remove from oven and immediately press 1 kiss in center of cookie. Place on cooling rack.
