How To make Oreo Muffins
1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup sugar
1 tbsp. DAVIS baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 cup milk
1/3 cup sour cream
1 egg
1/4 cup BLUE BONNET margarine, melted
20 OREO chocolate sandwich cookies, coarsely
In medium bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt; set aside. In small bowl, combine milk, sour cream and egg; stir into flour mixture with margarine until just blended. Gently stir in cookies. Spoon batter in to 12 grease 2 1/2-inch muffin-pan cups. Bake at 400F for 20 to 25 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Remove from pan; cool on wire rack. Serve warm or cold. Makes 1 dozen muffins.

* It is very important to PREHEAT the oven. Bake when oven reaches the right temperature.
* All oven are not the same. If toothpick inserted in middle of cake comes out clean, cake is done.
* Mix dry ingredients and wet ingredients until JUST combined and dry flour is no longer visible. Do not overmix the batter or the cake will be dense.

Tipps:
1- Let the batter rest for at least one hour before you bake it.
If you have patience let it in the refrigerator overnight
2- Bake it for 5 minutes at 225°C/440F, turn it down to 175°C/350F and bake for another 15min.

Ingredients
1 large packet of Oreos cookies
250 ml curd
1 cup powdered sugar
½ cup refined oil
2 cups refined flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla essence
1/2 cup milk
1 packet marshmallow
Chocolate sauce
Method
STEP 1: Crush a pack of Oreo cookies and keep them aside.
STEP 2: Now in a separate bowl, mix curd, powdered sugar, refined oil, flour, baking powder vanilla essence and milk.
STEP 3: Sprinkle the mix with 10-12 crushed Oreo cookies and add some more milk to blend it again.
STEP 4: Use a scooper to fill the mixture onto muffin cups.
STEP 5: Top it up with crushed Oreo and marshmallows.
STEP 6: Bake the batch in a pre-heated oven at 180 degrees celsius for 15-17 minutes.
STEP 7: Garnish the muffins with chocolate sauce and gobble it up!

00:09 Preheat oven to 350F (175C) and line a 12 count muffin tin with paper liners.
00:13 In a large bowl, combine sugar and oil and stir until well-combined. Add sour cream and vanilla extract, stir well.
