Double stuffed Oreo Cookies Vanilla ice cream Hershey's chocolate sauce Cool Whip
Layer in a buttered 13x9 inch glass pan approximately 1/2 package smashe d Oreo cookies. Cover with softened vanilla ice cream. Drixxle with chocolate sau ce Add Cool Whip layer. Drizzle again with chocolate sauce on top. Freeze. Remove from freezer a few minutes before serving.

Chocolate Cake Recipe
Makes 5 layers in the Wilton cake pan set or two 9 chocolate cakes
Ingredients
1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
3/4 cup cocoa powder
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 eggs
1 cup strong black coffee (or 1 heaping tablespoon espresso powder dissolved in 1 cup water)
1 cup buttermilk
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease pans with cooking spray.
In the bowl of a stand mixer, whisk together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
In a separate bowl, combine the eggs, buttermilk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract.
With the mixer on low, slowly pour wet ingredients into the dry. Beat until batter just comes together, then stir in the coffee. Batter will be liquidy.
Fill pans 3/4 full with the batter, then bake for 20-25 minutes.

INGREDIENTS & PROCESS:
30-35 PIECES OREO BISCUITS
BREAK INTO SMALL
PUT THEM INTO GRINDER
GRIND
POUR IN A BOWL
¼ CUP MELTED BUTTER
MIX WELL
POUR INTO MOULD
MAKE SIDE WALL WITH THE MIXTURE
½ CUP WHIPPING CREAM
¼ CUP CONDENSED MILK
½ TSP VANILLA EXTRACT
BEAT UNTIL STIFF PEAKS
FILL THE MOULD WITH ICE CREAM MIXTURE
OREO CRUMB ON TOP
SPREAD EVENLY
KEEP IN FRIDGE FOR 1-2 HOURS
CAREFULLY REMOVE FROM THE MOULD

How To Make an OREO ICE CREAM CAKE

INGREDIENTS:
6 Chocolate cake~
Dry:
-1 cup flour
-1/3 cup brown sugar
-1/3 cup granulated sugar
-1/4 cup+2 tbsp cocoa powder
-1 tsp baking soda
-1/2 tsp baking powder
-pinch of salt
Wet:
-1 cup milk/buttermilk
-1 egg
-1/4 cup vegetable oil
-1 tsp vanilla
1) Combine dry ingredients.
2) In a separate bowl, whisk together the wet ingredients.
3) Stir wet mixture into dry mixture.
4) Pour batter into a 6 cake pan lined with parchment paper.
5) Bake in a preheated over at 350F for 30-35 min.
*SORRY I MEANT 1/2 quart (1/3 of a regular carton) cookies and cream ice cream
Whipped Cream~
-2 cups heavy cream
-1/4 cup granulated sugar
-1 tsp vanilla extract
(whip all ingredients together until stiff peaks form)
Chocolate Ganache~
-1/4 cup heavy cream
-2 tbsp semisweet chocolate chips
(heat cream and chocolate in the microwave for 30 seconds and stir to combine)
Mini Oreos (some crushed for lining the bottom of the cake)
