How To make Onion Casserole2
4 md Onions, sliced
3 tb Butter or margarine
1 cn Sliced mushrooms, drained (2
- 1/2 oz.) 1 t Paprika
1 1/2 c Plain croutons
1/2 c Shredded carraway seed
- cheese 1/2 c Shredded mild cheddar cheese
3 tb Grated Parmesan cheese
1 cn Cream of chickem soup (10
- 3/4 oz.)
Place onion and butter in a 3 quart casserole dish. Cook 7-10 minutes until tender. Stir halfway through cooking time. Blend in cream of chicken soup, paprika and mushrooms; cook two minutes more. Toss croutons with butter. Spoon over onion mixture. Sprinkle with cheeses, sprinkle with paprika as desired. Cook one to two minutes or until cheese is melted. Southern Squash, Zucchini and Sweet Onion Casserole
2 Yellow Squash thick sliced
2 Zucchini thick sliced
1 Sweet Onion Sliced in rounds
2 c Colby Jack Shredded Cheese
Combine in a large bowl and set aside.
In a separate mixing bowl, combine wet ingredients:
1/3 cup nonfat Greek plain yogurt or sour cream
1/2 tsp thyme
Juice of 1/2 lemon
2 eggs
Salt
Pepper
Mix well and pour over vegetables and coat well.
Add to greased casserole dish.
Top with shredded parmesan cheese and a sprinkle of Progresso Italian bread crumbs or Panko.
Bake on 375 degrees for 45 minutes or until golden brown.

Classic French Onion Green Bean Casserole - Thanksgiving Side Dishes
This Traditional Classic French Onion Green Bean Casserole is a staple on every Thanksgiving table. It is a classic Thanksgiving side dish! This recipe takes less than 10 minutes to prepare and you probably already have the ingredients in your pantry. Now lets get cooking!
Recipe:
Ingredients:
1 - 10.5 ounce can of Cream of Mushroom Soup
2 - 14.5 ounce cans of
Green Beans - drained
1.5 cups of French's Fried Onions (3/4 of a cup for the casserole and 3/4 of a cup for the topping)
1/2 of a cup of milk
1 Tablespoon of Granulated Garlic
Salt and Pepper to taste
Directions:
In a bowl, add the cream of mushroom soup, milk, salt, pepper and granulated garlic. Whisk until the cream of mushroom soup is no longer clumpy and the ingredients are well combined. Now add both cans of drained green beans to the bowl and stir until the green beans are coated. Next add half of the French fried onions and stir until all of the ingredients are combined. Transfer to a baking dish and smooth out the top with a spoon or a spatula. Sprinkle the rest of the French fried onions on top and cover with tin foil. Place in the oven and Bake for 20-25 minutes at 350 degrees. Enjoy!

French's GREEN BEAN CASSEROLE
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Lightly oil 1-1/2 quart baking dish. Set aside.
2 cans (14 oz. each) cut green bean, drained OR 2 (9 oz.) bags of frozen green beans, thawed
1 (10 oz.) can Campbell's cream of Mushroom soup
3/4 cup milk
1/4 teaspoon fresh black pepper
1-1/3 cups French's Fried Onions
1. In a medium mixing bowl add mushroom soup, black pepper and milk. Whisk until well blended.
2. Add drained green beans and 2/3 cup of French's fried onions to mushroom mixture. Fold with spatula until beans are well coated.
3. Pour into prepared baking dish.
4. Add additional 3/4 cup French's onions to top.
5. Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes. Cover casserole with foil and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes.

Make this Delicious french onion green bean casserole for thanksgiving, for it is Oh So Good! The green beans are deliciously baked with french onions, gourmet cheese and bacon. This green bean casserole is packed with delicious flavors.
INGREDIENTS
2 lbs Fresh Green Beans
4 slices of bacon
1 Tbs butter ( to cook onions)
2 to 3 onions (2 large or 3 mediums)
1 Tbs white wine
2 Tbs butter ( to make creamy sauce)
2 1/2 Tbs flour
2 1/2 cups whole milk
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
1 chicken bouillon cube
1/4 tsp dried thyme
1/4 tsp dried basil
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup Romano cheese or parmesan cheese
4 oz Gruyere cheese
2/3 cup panko bread crumbs mixed with 2 Tbs melted butter
More Parmesan cheese for topping
