How To make Old Fashioned Macaroni & Cheese
3 1/2 c Uncooked elbow macaroni (12
-oz.) 1/4 c Butter
1/4 c Flour
1 ts Salt
3/4 ts Dry mustard
1/2 ts Pepper
-Few dashes hot pepper sauce 3 1/2 c Milk
5 c (20 oz.) shredded cheddar,
-divided Cook macaroni in boiling salted water until almost tender. Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, melt butter. Stir in flour, salt, mustard, pepper and hot pepper sauce. Cook and stir until smooth. Drain macaroni; combine with butter mixture in a large bowl and mix well. Stir in milk and 4 cups of cheese. Pour into an ungreased 13x9x2" baking dish. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until bubbly. Sprinkle with remaining cheese; let stand 5 minutes before serving. Bake at 350
Ingredients:
Elbow Macaroni noodles
Vermont Cheddar Cheese
Mild Cheddar Cheese
Mozzarella Cheese
Smoked Gouda Cheese
Colby & Monterey Jack Cheese
Salt
Black Pepper
Chicken Bouillon cubes or powder
2 sticks of butter
Sugar
Flour
Whole milk
Heavy Whipping Cream
3 eggs
Sour Cream
5 tablespoon flour
1 pack of Sazon Seasoning
Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes or until nice and golden brown

Southern Baked Macaroni And Cheese Recipe
16 oz Pasta
Oil
1 stick Butter
1 large Egg
1 cup Heavy cream
1 cup Evaporated Milk
8- 16 oz Mozzarella
8 oz Colby
8 oz Pepper jack
8 oz Gouda
8 oz Sharp cheddar
1/4 cup Sour cream
Bouillon
1 tsp Onion powder
1 tsp Garlic powder
1 1/2 tsp Paprika
1 tsp All purpose seasoning or creole seasoning
Parsley garnish
Start with seasoning the water with your preferred bouillon powder
Add a small amount of oil to the water
Add pasta and cook to desired preference according to instructions
Shred cheeses and drain the pasta
Combine heavy cream, evaporated milk, and the egg together
Re-add pasta back to the pan, add butter, sour cream, and combine
Add all-purpose seasoning, onion powder, and garlic powder
Add some of the cheeses and combine
Add the milk mixture and combine
Add paprika and combine
Add 1/2 of the macaroni to a 9x13 baking dish and top with more cheeses
Add remaining macaroni and cheese and top with remaining cheeses
Sprinkle dried parsley on top and cover with aluminum foil bake at 350°F for about 40 minutes.
After 40 minutes remove the aluminum foil
Change the setting on the oven from 350°F to broil and allow the mac & cheese to bake for an additional 5-10 minutes

8 oz velvet cheese, cubed
8 oz Colby jack cheese
8 oz sharp cheddar
8 oz mild cheddar
8 oz mozzarella cheese
8 oz Swiss cheese
1 teaspoon ground mustard
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
2 tablespoons seasoning salt
1 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
