Pull Apart Cinnamon Bread Recipe | How Tasty Channel
Sweet brioche bread with a crispy outside and a super soft cinnamon buttery heart. The dough is stacked in layers, so the filling is spread evenly and it makes possible the pull apart effect.

Apple Cinnamon Bread

This bread was the lightest, most delicious bread! We loved it.
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2/3 cup white sugar
1/2 cup, butter softened
2 eggs
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 3/4 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 cup milk
1 apple, peeled and chopped into small pieces
Mix brown sugar and cinnamon into a small bowl
Beat white sugar and melted butter together in a medium bowl with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy
Beat in eggs one at a time until smooth and then add vanilla extract
Combine flour and baking powder together into a bowl and then mix into sugar mixture, mix until combined
Add milk into batter and mix until batter is smooth
Grease loaf pan and lightly flour
Pour half of the batter into the loaf pan
Sprinkle half the apples and then half of the cinnamon/brown sugar mixture onto batter in pan and pat lightly into batter.
Pour remaining batter on top
Sprinkle remaining apples and cinnamon/brown sugar mixture onto top of batter and lightly pat apples down and then swirl the cinnamon sugar mixture around on top.
Bake at 350 for 40-55 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean

Cinnamon Swirl Raisin Bread
A delicious bread any time of the day. I love it all on its own, or toasted and buttered. The loaf is very easy to make. You can make it entirely by hand, just as I do! Thank you for watching. For more beautiful breads, click on my playlist: Yeast Breads and Quick Breads.
Cinnamon Swirl Raisin Bread
Ingredients for 1 9x5-inch loaf
For the Basic White Bread:
1/3 cup warm water
2 1/4 teaspoons active dry (or instant) yeast
1 1/2 tablespoons sugar
1 cup warm milk (scalded and then cooled)
1 1/2 tablespoons vegetable shortening (or, use softened butter)
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour (or, use bread flour)
For the filling:
1 generous tablespoon ground cinnamon
2-3 tablespoons sugar
3/4 cup raisins
Optional: melted butter for brushing on top of the hot, just-baked loaf
Bake at 425°F for 25-30 minutes.
