How To make Oatmeal Cocoanut Crisps
2 c Butter
2 c Brown sugar
2 c White sugar
2 ts Vanilla
4 Eggs
3 c Sifted flour
2 ts Salt
2 ts Baking soda
6 c Quick oats
1 1/2 c Cocoanut
Cream together butter and sugars until fluffy. Stir in vanilla, then add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition. Sift together flour, salt, and soda. (I just stir together.) Add to creamed mixture. Stir in rolled oats and cocoanut. Drop by teaspoonfuls about 2 inches apart onto well-greased baking sheets. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes. Cool on rack. **OR**omit cocoanut, divide dough into thirds. Add 1/3 cup cocoanut to a third, add 1/3 cup raisins to a third, and add 1/3 cup chopped nuts to the final third. **OR** you can just omit cocoanut and add nothing. This recipe makes 14 to 16 dozen depending on how big a spoonful you drop. They freeze MAGNIFICENTLY, actually taste better, brings out the butter flavor or something. -----

However, these were always some other recipes and plans and so I never got to filming it. But I really hope it was worth the wait for you, because I know I absolutely love these little crunhcy bites???? So today, finally after all the wait I will show you how to make super crunchy oatmeal coconut cookies ???? This recipe is very simple and also fast to make, which is good because once you will be hooked you will want them everyday????You can find the recipe below???? Enjoy!????????
RECIPE
50g oats
100g shredded coconut
2 tbsp flour (about 30g)
80g sugar
2 tsp baking powder
100g butter
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 egg
Bake the cookies in 200°C in the middle shelf of the oven for about 5-8 minutes until the edges start to lighlty get golden.
