How To make Not So Sinful Brownies
1/4 cup applesauce
3 ounces unsweetened chocolate
1 1/4 cups granulated sugar
1/2 cup applesauce
4 egg whites
lightly beaten
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup quick or old fashioned oats :
uncooked
1 cup all purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt optional
powdered sugar :
optional
Preheat oven to 350. Spray bottom of 13x9 inch baking pan with nonstick vegetable cooking spray.
In large saucepan, combine applesauce and chocolate. Heat over low heat, stirring frequently, until chocolate is melted. Remove from heat; cool slightly. Add sugar and applesauce; mix well. Stir in egg whites and vanilla; mix well. Add combined oats, baking powder and salt; mix well. Spread evenly in prepared pan. Bake 22-25 minutes or until center is set and eges pull away from sides of pan. Cool completely. Sprinkle with powdered sugar before serving, if desired. Cut into 24 bars. Store loosely covered. Makes 24 servings.

Try this healthy version of your favourite dessert- Brownies, made with oats! Isn't it great when you can eat desserts guilt free?!
BROWNIE
Ingredients
¼ cup melted dark chocolate
1 cup refined flour + for dusting
Butter for greasing
3 tablespoons cocoa powder
½ teaspoon baking powder
½ cup yogurt
1 cup date puree
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
¾ cup olive oil
2-3 tablespoons castor sugar
1 cup oats powder
¼ cup chopped walnuts + for topping
2-3 tablespoons milk
Method
1. Preheat oven to 180º C. Grease a square baking tin with some butter and dust with some flour.
2. Sieve in together flour, cocoa powder and baking powder in a bowl.
3. Combine yogurt and date puree in another bowl and mix. Add melted chocolate and vanilla essence and mix well.
4. Add olive oil and whisk using an electric beater. Add castor sugar and whisk well.
5. Add flour mixture to yogurt mixture along with oats powder and walnuts and fold. Add milk and mix well.
6. Transfer the batter into the greased tin and level it out. Top with some walnuts.
7. Put the tin into the preheated oven and bake for 30-40 minutes. Remove from oven, cool and demould.
8. Cut into squares and serve.

Slutty Brownies (Oreo Stuffed Brookies)
Not a great name but these bars are AMAZING: From Scratch Brownies sandwiched with chocolate chip cookies and OREOS!! Heaven!
RECIPE:

FOR THE COOKIES:
1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup light brown sugar packed
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/2 cups chocolate chips semi-sweet or milk
24 Oreos any flavor
FOR THE BROWNIES:
4 ounces unsweetened baking chocolate coarsely chopped
3/4 cup unsalted butter
1 3/4 cups granulated sugar
3 large eggs
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
1 cup all-purpose flour
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 350°. Line a 9×13” pan with foil and spray with cooking spray.
Make the cookies: Cream together butter and sugars in the bowl of a stand mixer or in a large bowl using a hand mixer. Mix in egg, extract, baking soda, and salt. Stir in flour, then stir in chocolate chips.
Press the cookie dough into the bottom of the prepared pan. Top evenly with Oreos.
Make the brownies: Place the baking chocolate and butter in a large, microwave safe bowl. Heat on HIGH power for 2-3 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds, until chocolate is smooth. Stir in sugar. Add eggs, vanilla, and cocoa and stir well. Add flour and stir carefully.
Spread brownie batter over the top of the Oreos in prepared pan.
Bake for 30-40 minutes until the top looks done and the center is no longer jiggly.
