How To make Not Miss Lily's Olives Dip
1 c Cream Cheese; Softened
1 c Sour Cream
1/4 c Black Olives; Chopped
2 tb Worcestershire Sauce
1 tb Paprika
1/2 t Garlic Powder
1 tb Fresh Parsley; Chopped, OR
1 t Dried Parsley; Crushed
Beat the cream cheese to a smooth consistency. Blend in the sour cream and then the remaining ingredients. Blend well. Cover and chill. Makes about 2 1/4 cups of dip. SUGGESTED DIPPERS: Scallions, Jalapeno Peppers, Celery Root, Potato Chips, Duck Sausage

Our host Simon visits computer programmer Yui Kita who’s developed a software that can compose new untried food pairings through a recipe network. The flipside to the software is that it can also calculate terrible food pairings.
When we asked the algorithm for some delicious and disgusting food pairings, it fed us bourbon raspberries with microwave popcorn and rosemary olives on white chocolate.

Watch and learn how to make Coriander Mint Chutney at home with Chef Ruchi Bharani only on Rajshri Food.
Coriander Mint chutney, usually known as hari chutney, is a versatile Indian condiment that can be used in many different ways. It is used as a condiment with grilled or fried food, but may be used a spread or dip too.
Ingredients
1 ½ Cup Coriander Leaves
½ Cup Mint Leaves
2 Green Chillies
1 Inch Ginger
1 tbs Peanuts
½ tsp Chat Masala
½ tsp Cumin Seed Powder
1 tsp Sugar
Salt
Lime Juice
Water
Method
- In a mixer, add coriander leaves, mint leaves, green chillies, ginger, peanuts, chat masala, cumin seed powder and sugar.
- In order to maintain the color of the green chutney, add salt and lime juice in the end.
- Grind everything well.
- Add water that's enough to grind.
- Coriander Mint Chutney is ready!
