How To make Noodles Czarina Casserole
1/2 c Chopped onion
1 t Olive oil
1 T Corn starch
1 t Salt (optional)
ds White pepper 2/3 c Nonfat dry milk powder
1 c Water
1 t Dijon mustard or any other
Prepared mustard to suit Your taste 1 c Non-fat cottage cheese
2 oz Reduced fat Cheddar cheese,
Shredded (1/2 cup) 2 T Lemon juice
8 oz Noodles, cooked
Dissolve milk powder, salt, mustard, pepper and corn starch in water, set aside. Saute onion in olive oil until tender. Stir in milk mixture, and bring slowly to a boil stirring constantly. Stir in cheeses and lemon juice, mix in cooked noodles. Put mixture into a greased 1 1/2 quart casserole. Bake 40-45 minutes in a 350 degree oven until hot and bubbly. -----

Creamy Meaty Carbonara (Home Cooking) Recipe in the description
I was supposed to follow the recipe since it was my first time making Carbonara. But I was concerned with what we have in our pantry. So with whatever we had, and just having the idea on how to cook carbonara, this is the outcome.
Carbonara Sauce
Ingredients:
100 g bacon (I used plain)
50 g chicken breast
4 clove garlic
3 medium bulbs onions
1 cup butter
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp all spice
1 250ml all purpose cream
1/2 cup quick melt cheese
1/2 cup parmesean cheese
3 tpsn oil
2 cups water
1/2 tbsp black pepper powder(optional)
Pasta:
5 cups water
1/2up butter
200 g lunguini pasta
(i just used whatever is in our pantry)
Prep:
1. Slice bacon into small strips.
2. Slice chicken breast into bite size chunks.
3. Mince the Garlic.
4. Finely dice the onions.
5. Grate both quick melt and parmesean cheese.
Sauce Cooking instructions:
1. Using medium heat, heat wok or pan or sauce pot. Put in oil once it is hot enough.
2. Fry the bacon strips until crisp.
If you are using plain bacon, add in salt and all spice half tablespoon each. Set aside.
3. Using the bacon oil, Fry the chicken chunks until a bit light brown. Add salt and all spice half a table spoon each. Set aside.
4. Using the same oil, Fry garlic. Add half a cup butter. Stir in the onions. Add in the bacon and chicken chunks.
5. Add in water. Let it simmer for 5 minutes. Add in both parmesean and quick melt cheese. Simmer for another 5 minutes.
6. Add in the all purpose cream and then half a cup Butter. Let simmer for 10 minutes.
7. Optional, Add in half a tablespoon black pepper powder.
Pasta cooking instructions:
1.Cook the pasta as instructed on the package.
2. Once cooked, strain the pasta and transfer to cold water to stop the cooking process.
3. Heat a pan. Combine cooked pasta and Carbonara Sauce.
4. Once everything is combined and heated, transfer to plate and serve.
Serves 6 Pax
Prep time 20 mins
Cooking time 30 - 40 mins
