How To make No Bake Peach Pie
CRUST:
1 1/2 c Almonds
1 1/4 c Dates, pitted
FILLING:
6 c Peaches, sliced
1 tb Maple syrup
1/4 ts Almond extract
2 tb Shredded coconut
CRUST: Grind the almonds & set aside. Grind the dates to form a paste. Add the ground almonds & form a ball. Press into an 8" pie plate. Refrigerate until ready to fill. FILLING: Toss the peaches with the maple syrup & almond extract. Spoon into the pie crust & sprinkle with the shredded coconut. Serve.

Fresh Peach Pie (No Bake)
1 Graham Cracker Pie Crust or Shortbread Crust(recipe at the end)
3-3 & 1/2 cups peeled sliced peaches
3 Tbsp Sugar (optional) depending on ripeness of peaches
1 small box Peach Jello
1 small box Cook & Serve Vanilla Pudding
2 cups water
Cool whip
1. If baking shortbread crust, preheat oven to 400 degrees. If making or using graham cracker crust, prepare it now
2. Peel and thinly slice 3-3 & 1/2 cups peaches
3. Add 3 Tbsp. Sugar if peaches are not real sweet & stir to mix
4. Let peaches/sugar sit for 15-20 minutes
5. Drain juice from peaches & add juice to water to make 2 cups
6. Place Pudding & Jello mixes in a saucepan and add water/juice
7. Stir to dissolve
8. Cook and stir over medium heat until it boil’s & mixture thickens.
9. Add sliced peaches to prepared crust
10. pour jello/pudding mixture over the top, allowing it to go down through the peaches
11. Cool on a wire rack then refrigerate until completely chilled
12. Top with cool whip & enjoy!
Note:
Shortbread Crust
1-1/2 cups all purpose flour
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/2 cup oil
2 Tbsp. Milk
1-1/2 Tbsp. Sugar
1. Place all crust ingredients into a 9” pie dish
2. Stir with fork until combined
3. Pat on the bottom & up the sides of the pie dish
4. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes
5. Cool on wire rack

No Bake Peach Cheesecake Pie - Easy and Delicious
Dessert Name: No-Bake Peach Cheesecake Pie
This easy, very delicious, quick No-Bake Peach Cheesecake Pie has a similar base as a normal Cheesecake Pie. The secret to it though is it is enriched with lots of delicious Peach flavor on top of the other rich flavors. This pie doesn’t take very long to make, and it is simple enough for anyone to prepare.

Dessert Ingredients:
-1 Graham Cracker Crust
-1/2 Cup Graham Crackers (Crumbled for decoration which is optional)
-2 Cans Peaches (1 Can is for decoration which is optional)
-1 Can Sweetened Condensed Milk
-2 Blocks Cream Cheese (8 oz. Each)
-1/3 Cup Lemon Juice
Dessert Instructions:
-Crumble up Graham Crackers and set aside for later
-Dice and slice peaches into smaller chunks. Separate evenly in 2 bowls, and set aside for later
-In a mixing bowl, combine the Sweetened Condensed Milk, Both Cream Cheese blocks, and Lemon Juice. Mix until very smooth
-Add in 1 Bowl of Peaches into the above mixture, and fold in until combined
-Scoop peach cheesecake mixture into the Graham Cracker Crust and smooth out evenly
-Cover and place pie if fridge for 2-3 hours to allow time to set
-After 2-3 Hours, Pie is ready to serve, or add on the optional Peaches and Graham Cracker Crumbs
Notes:
-The Optional Graham Cracker Crumbs on top will get soggy after about 24 Hours. Only use if serving whole pie within 1 day
-The Optional Peaches on top does best if drained and pat dried with paper towel after diced up
